Let's start with the service part. It's not hard to give an honest answer on the time or at least an estimate. We were given a 25 minute wait not bad. Left to go shopping a bit or just look at Ross dress for less, came back 45 minutes later and yep you guessed still wasn't ready. I walked in and all I could smell was Marijuana and looked at the people woking and yes some (85%) were high. All you could smell was weed every where. It took another 25 minutes to come out. And all we got was a here you go. There people dining in and all they had were drinks. Sucks when you see 20 persons working on 1 order at a time and it blows my mind why. But don't go there now cuz it's 15 order behind. Also to add to this, no apology no hey I hope you come back. So yep you guessed it not ever going back to this place or any other wingstop. I had it about a month ago and felt like the chicken was bad and it was. Cooked well but bland as can be. I make better wings than that at home and pizza hut does them better than them a 100%. It was dirty in the place. Felt cold and dingy. Whoever owns this place must have a bunch of money to not care about there investment. So this review will more than likely be over looked. I'm pretty sure they (owner) doesn't care about who or what. Look nowadays nobody cares about quality or customer service. The world has gone to crap in that industry. Hence all the drive thru and no lobby. It's so bad that everyone working in food don't care about there jobs. When I was in it I made the best of it. Met a lot of different people, made friendships and great tips. That's why I don't go out to eat as much. I love food. Different kinds of foods in the world In tulsa. I really hope the owners see this and really ask yourselves, are my managers really adequate for this position and are they making sure the person's they hire are great for the position they are hired for. Don't be afraid to ask a question to figure it out. Come on wingstop franchises. Get it together and make your business better than before. Do a whole new makeover and better your employees that are drug free and really stick to a drug free environment. Do you want your little ones smelling Marijuana when you walk to a restaurant that supposedly has great food. I say hell no!!!! Wake up. Well at least you won't...
Read moreI waited 10min at the register before the person I presumed to be the manager finally acknowledged me. 3 people were already waiting, so 4 total now. All 5 employees either ignored us or looked at us briefly before carrying on like we weren't even there. It was 5:30 on a Thursday so I figured they could be busy, but to have 5 people working and not a single one can be bothered to come over or at the very least yell that they'd be over in a second when a guest walks in? It felt rude af, but I waited patiently because I work in food service and I know what it's like. I was finally asked what the name on my order was 10min in, then 10min later a 2nd time, only to be given a bag that had been sitting on the shelf for the last 8 minutes.
So 20 minutes late from the latest given pickup time, only to receive barely warm food which honestly is a problem 80% of the time. One time I got hot fresh food and it was fantastic and the only reason I keep coming back
For the management, you really need to figure your stuff out. These are such basic easily fixable problems a restaurant shouldn't...
Read moreBeen going to the Wingstop at 81st and Lewis for a while and never had a problem there, but I noticed this location was closer to where I live now and decided to try it. I ordered online and when I arrived I told them my name and they said it wasn't ready. That's fine, I kind of expected that. I waited 30 minutes and they never called my name. I finally noticed that there was an order sitting on their shelf that they never called out so I asked them about it and it turns out it was my order. They never called it out or asked me if it belongs to me even after I already checked in with them when I arrived. They said I could check if it's still warm and they will remake the order if I want. I told them that the fries were cold and they remade the fries for me. I got home and discovered that the wings barely even had any seasoning and a couple pieces had none at all. The fries were also a smaller portion than normal. I will gladly drive a little further and continue going to the 81st and Lewis location...
