Where's the rest of my food? Why don't they have menus??! Where's the rest of my receipt?
Ordered combination fried rice w vegetables (2$)& extra egg(2$). Family egg rolls. The 1st time I ordered was a struggle because there's NO MENUS!!! the lady was kind & patient(never had fried rice that didn't have any Veggies & not happy that I had to pay extra. But bland rice is a common theme in the area) the rice was okay, some of the veggies weren't actually cooked. But I only received 1 egg roll. But I called back because when my husband picked it up that's when we found out there's no meat in the egg rolls. The lady said the oddest thing." They're very good. If you don't want, it's fine. We already have to stay longer to make more for tomorrow. If you don't want it help us tomorrow. " Soooo... the foods not made fresh? Got it. 2nd time same order w orange chicken. I got all my egg rolls but they forgot the extra egg and I'm certain there's pork. But my container wasn't FULL (nor was it full the last time) If I ADD VEGGIES & EGG & there's only one sized container then SHOULDN'T the container be over flowing? I PAID FOR combination fried rice+PLUS veggies +PLUS eggs... where's my food?! There weren't many shrimp. Just ugh.. went to check the receipt & it's only the CC receipt w the total & not individual...
Read moreI reviewed a different EggRoll Street in Broken Arrow a couple weeks ago. I guess both of these restaurants are related, but that is where the similarities stop. This EggRoll Street does not have the authentic Chinese food that the EggRoll Street in Broken Arrow does. This was more of your Chinese buffet kind of Chinese food which I'm not very fond of. The mustard at this restaurant is also not very hot. They have two kinds, one that comes in a like a ketchup packet and another that comes in a small ziplock bag. Neither is extremely hot. The egg rolls were not light and fluffy but more heavily fried. The crab rangoons were also not very authentic, they were more like what you find on a buffet. I'm sorry to say but the EggRoll Street in Broken Arrow is 100...
Read moreWe have been to this egg roll street for years (maybe a total of about 10 times) and this was the first time it was absolutely disgusting. I only had about 5 bites of my rice and sesame chicken. Threw the rest away. There was a thick black hair tying 2 pieces of the chicken together and that gave me the creeps. The rice seemed to be way different than any other place and had no flavor. Sweet and sour sauce tastes rancid. We’ve never had a problem at the place in BA that are supposedly related. Never going here again. The drive thru is super tight and hard to get into if you have a large vehicle. The drive thru attendant was very kind and...
