Below Average - ** Went there with lot of expectations but I was disappointed. First of all, the server was very busy but still he tried to care for me. Every time he was walking, I saw a lot of plates and utensils in his hand that 2/3 people could only carry(understaffed?) Anyways ordered the lasagna and he asked me what bread and salad I want. Along with it he asked what dipping sauce do I need and I ordered marinara sauce. Salad and bread came and 10 mins later, lasagna arrived. The lasagna pasta was hard as if it was microwaved from fridge. Finally when I received the check, I saw 5$ charged for the dipping sauce which shocked me. Since he asked me which dipping sauce I would like initially along with bread and salad, I thought it was free but later I came to know I was cheated. Anyways had a bad experience. If you go there, make sure whatever they offer is priced or free before ordering. I went to eat the lunch special for 10.99$ but had to pay around $18 finally. I learnt my lesson.

First time eating out since starting my new eating routine. Salad and bread sticks we're good. Service was good. Got the shrimp and chicken carbonara. The shrimp and the sauce was my favorite part. I knew when the plate came I would not finish the entire plate. I ate hardily and left satisfied. The portions were large and the flavors were great. If I had any complaint it would be the mixed berry sparkling water. For three dollars I expected more. Though, I was surprised it was carbonated but disappointed it was more on the tart side than sweet. Since I am cutting back on added sugar it was not a deal breaker but would have been more satisfying if it was a tad sweeter. Had enough leftover for a meal the next day. It's been years since I have been and with the value of the $5 to go menu it was an overall pleasant dinner. I will return in the future.

We had a little setback when we were seated but the manager came out almost immediately and assisted us Our main server Alyssa was Amazing They were working her at the bar fixing drinks along with serving the people at the bar and her tables with the help of the other server Sheriff And the manager stepped in at times The team work was A+++ We watched in Awe seeing this Also everyone was Super friendly And our meal was fresh, had nice portions. It was Delicious. We had the Endless Salad, Soup and Breadstick sticks, 2 bowls of salad and 3 helpings of the soups Zuppa and Gnocchi Soup and 2 baskets of Bread Sticks In addition for an Appetizer we had the Shrimp Fritto Misto It was also delicious I will definitely be back and recommend Olive Garden

The worst experience at an Olive Garden. We were in around 3pm, were seated very quickly, however that was the best part of the entire experience. The greeter said we should try the endless dipping sauce (hindsight I am wondering if they were just upselling in hopes we would not be able to get more than one). The waiter did not appear at our table for over 5 minutes. After placing our drink and food order, it took a very long time just to recieve salad and breadsticks. I told our waiter we would like to have the endless dipping sauce when they had first came to our table for drink orders. When the salad and bread sticks "finally" came out, no dipping sauce. I asked about it again and the waiter said they would get it. By the time we received it, we had two breadsticks left and our food was almost out. We asked for more salad and bread sticks. The salad came about 10 minutes after the food was delivered (we were almost finished at this point) which also took way too long to get. Still, no bread sticks (we had a full pot of dipping sauce still sitting). Keep in mind we paid for the endless dipping sauce that we couldn't use. At the end of the day, another server eventually filled my drink. Our waiter wasn't seen much, only going to the kitchen and register. It seemed that everything took way too long to get or we had to ask for something multiple times. It wasn't busy, so I don't know if the waiter was new, the kitchen was slow, or what. I know most places are short handed, but we paid for a service and a product that wasn't provided as advertised. I would have understood more if the waiter just specified if there was a problem, but there was no explanation. We left a review on the kiosk, hoping someone would read it. This was my worst experience at this chain. I likely won't be back to...

Wow what can I say. The food was good, as usual but our service was terrible!

First, they took us to a small area with 4 tables all close together. Adding us made 3 of the 4 full. I should of said something. Sitting that close, in a pandemic!? They tried to sit 3 other parties in the last table. They were smarter than me and asked for a different area. Most tables were empty!!

Food took awhile. Refills on drinks was only twice. Very few times we saw our waitress. Salad Refill? She never came back until food came. We got one refill but with food there, it was in the way. That was my only drink refill too. We never saw her again until it was time to pay.

She felt at that moment she needed to help. She held the kiosk and tried to do it for us, including tip. Finally just had to tell her to leave. We can do it. I asked for a to go drink. She disappeared for a long time. During that wait our 3 year old grabbed a used mask from somewhere!!!! That was gross, decided that they must not clean well.. in a pandemic!!! Anyway the wife took kids to the car while I continued to wait on my drink. It finally showed up and I left.

It wasn't that busy for such bad service.

Will we go back? Probably, but probably not during the pandemic . The mask was gross, might as well been a used condom. Its...

We were extremely disappointed by the service we received on Friday afternoon. Our server never introduced herself, but her name tag said Kristyn or something like that. She took over 10 minutes to even take our drink order even though there was only 1 other table that we could see. We asked to move tables because we were sat next to what I'm assuming in the dish pit and it was incredibly loud. We couldn't even talk to each other. She seemed upset that we asked and we even heard her complain to another staff member about us asking to move. The way she talked to us was like we were a bother, from the second she came to the table. She rarely checked on us and had horrible attitude the entire time. My fiance and I are also servers, so we understand that a table of 2 20-somethings isn't usually ideal, but we are always good tippers and tip a minimum of 20% every time we go out, but not this time. She totally ruined our date night out that we were so excited for. Also, the lettuce in our salad wasn't even cold, but our breadsticks were cold and hard as a rock. We probably won't come back to this location anymore, which is really...
