I ordered a pink drink from there and after I got home and my partner went to work my stomach started to hurt really bad and mind you when I got the drink it looked as if it was sitting there awhile or they just kept it in the freezer and gave it to me like you know how you leave a pink drink just sitting there and all the milk just floats to the top? It was like that I got a pink drink with ice on the side and all the milk was already floating and when I started to drink some of it as soon as I got home my stomachs started to feel uneasy and later it was hurting really bad so I wouldn’t trust this Starbucks I feel like they’ll just give you a drink that’s been sitting there for awhile because when I smelt it it smelt like it was old or something but I hope whoever sees this make sure you smell your drink or make sure they make it in front of you I wouldn’t want anyone to feel this type of pain I felt also I didn’t eat anything only in the morning and I felt absolutely fine before I had that Starbuck drink after I gotten the Starbucks and I didn’t eat anything after but I started to feel nauseous and my stomachs started...

The young lady who waited on us at the window was excellent. The person who took our order did not respond to our question to how are you? May have been a language problem from me. But the real problem at the pickup window was no barrier between customer and window person. The solution was ingenuous in my on home city. At the pickup window they used a card reader to let the customer insert and complete transaction. Next they use a tray to present food items. They would sit a cup of coffee in a coffee mug, which was just the right size to easily remove by patron. They would confirm order before presenting. This whole process works because of the warm greeting and willingness to help with order, by saying words like, no problem, oh we can do that, and we, meaning team, thank you..

Once again this message is about greeting, presentation and salutation, while collecting payment. All with a warm smile. A camera is two way device and customers can detect genuine concern about getting order correct.

I put in an order and they are out of just about everything. I ordered two large drinks and then I got it in a larger cup. They were filled up half the size and all they said was it was because I asked for light ice. So the trenta was half full to only 75% full if that. I added and order of vanilla bean frapacino. They were not attentive to the order and kept walking away. Then I told them "NO" dairy and I had to pull forward and Then put cool whip on it and then they just scraped the cool whip off of it. Allergic to dairy and it touches dairy. Not coming back very upset so I just asked for a refund. All that took 15-20 minutes. Very upset. Came on Thursday the 11 at 02:30 pm. If I would have had an allergic reaction because all they did was scrape it off definitely not somewhere to go if you are allergic and you tell them you are and all they do is ignore...
