Ziggi's Coffee — Restaurant in Tulsa

Edit: My newest experience was awesome The! The same guy was working there and was sweet a s can be. Thw drinks were prepared fast and I love that if you don't have cash for a tiptoe, you can leave one from your card. I'll be seeing this store on a regular basis now. The drinks were super delicious and I hate to mark them down, but there was only one worker so we waited for probably half an hour to get our drinks and with 3 kids 9 and younger, it was rough. The kid was still super friendly and apologetic about the waited he informed us that everyone was out sick so that was the cause for the wait. It was out of his control but management should be prepared for events like this because they can happen often in the food service industry. This is the 3rd time that I have been to Ziggi's. The 1st 2 times, my cappuccino was made wonderful. The 3rd time was at 5:20 p.m. on January 1, 2021. I asked for the same (cappuccino extra foam 1/2 milk 1/2 half and half)). A different person was making it. She made it like a latte with very little foam, the cup was 99% full of milk. I went back to see if they could remake it. The lady who made it got very very defensive about her coffee making skills (sorely lacking), so I told her never mind, I would just never return. She was fine with that, so much for customer service skills. I will not go back. Long story short, you can get good customer service and coffee dependent on who is working. So I don't like leaving negative reviews especially about a place that had been giving good customer service. I had ordered an item that said $5.68 on their menu. When I get to the window to pay i fins out it is $2 higher than what the menu says. I was told by the young male employee that it was higher because there menu is off. I told him I was going off the menu and needed to be charged what the price posted on the menu. He told me there was nothing he could do. To the owners of Ziggys for this location. I get a coffee her very often and have told many people about your business. But I cannot support a business who is going to charge more than what is on your menu.
