Wendy's — Restaurant in Tupelo

As a door dasher, I follow all the rules and regulations given. Last night I accepted a door dash for $2.50 when I arrived to the store the lobby doors were locked. So I proceed to go to the window where there were no cars in line but one other car before me. The car was pulled up, and it was my turn. The young lady was extremely rude about the whole situation. She instantly went to ranting about how I was required to move up because I didn’t stop at the speaker to let them know my order. Well it’s not my personal order and Normally I am required to pull forward so I figured to just pull to the second window. The manager explained that when us door dashers do that we are jumping in front of the orders when we are at the very back of orders but there was literally no one at the window other than another door dasher. We were the only two cars at the window. (Pulled up) I was refused the food and held for over 10 minutes for a single double cheeseburger order. I feel that everything was done out of spite so I canceled the door dash and continued with my orders. That door dash wasn’t completed. Passing a speaker does not dictate your opportunity when the order is submitted digitally that’s the whole big deal of it. The order is already submitted and It actually save your guys ordering time. Because I know the minute someone’s are your window you all are being timed to the minute they leave. I also know I am being tracked so these things don’t happen and the food is prepared on time. For you all to pull up us and waste our time? We’re doing a job too. And we’re really trying to get out of y’all ways. Not hold y’all up. Be considerate. And informative (professionally)....

I will not eat here again, because of the service. It is terrible. I went through the line, they didn't take my order right away made me sit there for 5 minutes, the cars behind me were back there a long time waiting as well! When I got to the window the man with the dreds was taking orders and making drinks, he was very dry, and was not friendly, I had a big order so I was checking to make sure it was all there, he never fixed my drinks that came with my meals, he looked at me and I said, " just making sure it's all there" he rolled his eyes at me, and never said a word! I didn't even realize that I never got my drinks until I pulled off, I never went back to get them! The food was cold, and the fries were dumped in the bottom of the bag. But the service was the worst...

Me and my wife was driving through yesterday to get to our destination and wanted Wendy’s worst mistake EVER so we proceeded to go through the drive through ok we pulls up to order sat there about 5 mins then the lady’s comes to the speaker and says do you mind holding on top of us already sitting there 5/6 I said no ma’am , well 15mins goes past well it’s ah line of cars behind me honking GETTING UPSET WIT ME soo I jus decided drive around to get out and see what’s the hold up I they goes in hell they running ah damn daycare i have the pictures to show .. it gets worst then i get the food, FRIES COLD BURGER DRY cheese on the burger looks 3days old ill never GOback there my wife wanted to take it back but I said no!
