I just stopped here a few minutes ago, I know from a couple times I've gone already that they don't have lettuce. Today I asked again if they still don't have lettuce and of course they don't. So I asked them to substitute it with their salad lettuce and the drive thru employee said he couldn't do that, then I asked why not and he said because his GM has not told him to do that, so then I asked well did he tell you not to do it and he said no he hasn't said not to. So then I said the store on Geer road did it for me the other day, he proceeded to say that he'd have to go in the fridge and open a whole new bag so he clearly just didn't want to do it. I asked if they were open he said “No, not till 10’clock.” Which of course is ridiculous. He offered to make me food, but seriously who turns away customers at 8:30am and tells them, while smoking and socializing that they are closed. I will never go to another Wendy’s the lost my business for good. Any place of business, especially food service, that can’t be bother to interrupt their smoke break to provide service, has lost my patronage. We were asked to park in front while we waited for them to fulfill the order, where we watched other patrons come and go with their orders. 3. Tired of waiting I went into the store to see what the heck, the guy met me at the door and handed me the order. We didn’t receive any straws for our drinks, we were missing our large fry. 4.
