Arby's — Restaurant in Tuscaloosa

This might of been the absolute worst fast food restaurant experience I have ever had. I am a pretty understanding guy and I can understand that sometimes bad experiences happen, but this was not one of those times. This was the worst ran operation I have ever seen. Not only does the manager need to be fired, but the franchise owner should be fired as well. Me and my sister were the only two people in line when we placed our orders, so its not like they were busy. She waited over 20 minutes for her food to come out, and I sat there and waited another 15 minutes before finally I noticed a later behind me in line got her food before me, so I asked if I had got skipped and they then realized I had been standing at the counter for over 30 minutes and they didn't notice that maybe I was waiting on my food? She then grab a sandwich that had been sitting there since before I even got in the restaurant, so it was not even the littlest bit fresh. The worst part is during my 30 minute experience they had people coming into the restaurant that they obviously knew and they were flirting with each other and this guy didn't even have a shirt on, but yet they still let him come in and just get a drink out of the soda fountain. Then a worker goes into the restroom and comes back out 30 seconds later and no way did he wash his hands because he did not have time. This was the worst Arbys I had ever seen. Like I said i understand things happen sometimes, but this was just not caring and Im not okay with that. The corporation should take a serious look at this franchise and who is running it. I went to this Arby’s last week and ordered the big kahuna meal. I had to wait on the chicken to cook and upon receiving meal all I had was the chicken on the bun. The sandwich should’ve had chicken ham and brisket on it. I live an hour away. NOT RETURNING. I went the very next week and told them what happened, they only apologized. There was no attempt to satisfy the customer at all. The window cashier was the same bright skinned very deep voice young guy with high top that took my order the first night. At least give me the meat you cheated me out of. Chicken was fresh though. Come on y’all, the prices are too high to cheat people....

I got a chocolate milkshake and a beef and cheddar, and I pull up to the window and pay and the chocolate milkshake comes out, not even stirred up or anything just Vanilla on the bottom and a little bit of chocolate on the top, Denaja Was the person who gave us our food and I asked if I could get a different milkshake that way it would be complete chocolate and she has a terrible attitude and is super rude and says this is how it came, food was barely room temperature, and they had way too much sauce to the beef and cheddar, We also got a peach lemonade and it just had the peach sauce at the bottom and regular lemonade on top not...
