This is by far the worst Arby's in town and that is saying something because they are all bad. IMPORTANT! The restaurant has mold. The have roof leak that has dripped on to the carpet and it is moldy. I felt sick both times I've been in there. If you are sensitive to mold DO NOT GO HERE! That being said, the staff here is amazing. I love all of them except the one manager who likes to part horizontal across 4 vertical parking spots in an already limited parking lot. He's condescending and rude to his employees and honestly comes across a little racist. The food is subpar at best usually being poorly made and sometimes cold. Included a picture the park job with all identifying marks blurred for safety.

Ordered 2 beef and cheddar combos with large fries and drinks. Both sandwiches were actually raw. Like the meat was as red as the damn Arby's logo. The large fries we order were also not great and wasn't even filled up halfway. Absolutely disgusting and disappointing. Get better employees please.

This place is very nice on the interior and a great place to sit down to eat. The service can be pretty slow but the food always comes out hot. Just know if you’re stopping by it could take a while, but otherwise its a good meal!

The customer service and wait times at this location is outrageous! I have had enough with the disrespectful staff they hire. We went through the drive through today and was greated with ,"Are you ready" then after placing my order I pull around and have to wait 5 minutes for a total. The girl opens the window and say," 20"... I said "20 even?" Just to clarify and she goes ,"HU" with an attitude and rolls her eyes at me. So I repeated ,"20 even?" And she says "yeah" with an attitude. I'm prepairing my payment and go to pass it to her and as I'm holding the money out the window she just walks off and starts randomly walking around the kitchen. Then just standing next to the window with her back to us. After she takes the money she just slames the window and we had to wait another 15+ minutes for our food. It was atrocious. I don't want to eat at a restaurant that views my patronage as some sort of inconvenience. When she gave us our food she just sticks the bag out the window and says "here" ...still with an attitude. Which is unacceptable behavior period. I just want a meal and some decent service. All of the attitude and poor customer service is doing too much. The food already costs way to much anyway and now we have to put up with horrible service. No way! This location has lost a customer for life....

I went to arbys today for lunch. After I had ordered and got to the window I realized I didn’t have my debit card on me nor did I have any cash on me. I let the girl at the window know and apologized and her reply was “you some money or something?” And I was like “I don’t have any cash but is there a way to punch my card # in because I knew it by heart.” She left and a man came to the window to ask me what happened. So I told him the whole spill. This man ended up being the manager, John, (I didn’t know till after I came back to pay and asked) and he told me they had to have the card but he was going to let me take my meal and when I could come back to pay I could pay then. I went back to work and got my card and came back to pay. When I showed back up he said “you didn’t have to come back immediately.” This man was SO NICE to me and I am so thankful for what he did...

This is my second trip in two days. I came last night and was so impressed that I came back today to see if it was a fluke. It seems that THIS Arby's is turning over a new leaf. I came through the drive-thru and the cashier was very pleasant. clear, and understandable. When I arrived at the pickup window, my order was properly handed to me by a very pleasant employee. The food was good and warm. The quantity was very appealing (full container of fry's). For a $1 charitable donation, I was offered a free slider on my next visit. Now it seems that this should be the type service any business should provide. But, it's not. This was the first time in a LONG time that I received this type of well welcomed service. Hats off to the Arby's on McFarland Blvd in Tuscaloosa, AL. I hope they keep this new face lift. It will definitely encourage my return visit...
