I have never had such a terrible experience at a pizza place. A couple of weeks ago we ordered a pizza. The website said that the pizza was complete and we drove 10 min to pick it up. When we got there, they realized that they had made the pizza incorrectly, so we waited another 45 min for another pizza. The cashier was very nice and made up for our wait by giving us free sodas. When we got home with the new pizza we discovered that it wasn't cooked all the way! THE PIZZA WAS RAW!!! We drove back and complained. The cashier was as angry as us and even went back and made the pizza herself! Meanwhile, the other staff didn't care and continued to goof off. Luckily, the pizza turned out perfectly when she made it. The manager seriously needs to fire some of the employees making those pizzas and give that cashier a raise! So I called the restaurant to place my order. Once I drove there no one could locate the my order. They lost, misplaced or ate my pizza. Meanwhile back at the ranch hungry people are growling and asking where is the food. You need to rethink how you run your business. Read moreWe live right around the corner from this place and have NEVER had a good experience 5 out of 5 times ordering from this location.... NEVER.... Orders not cooked correctly, not ready when the app says it's ready and having to wait an extra 15min, etc. This last time they handed the wrong pizza to my father-in-law because the orders had the same last name and then wanted ME to call HIM to come back or pay for HIS food all because she didn't VERIFY the ORDER and not just the name... And then it took the cashier talking to the manger for 10 minutes before he agreed to just make the order over again... They just lost business from a pizza-loving couple... We order/eat pizza 15 times a month.... But we're done with this location...
