Visit 1:: We came into this location around 3-3:30 on March 9. So first day of spring break around the local college so not too busy in dining room, drive thru maybe. Decent wait time, meaning orders behind yours getting done first and even though there is plenty of staff on hand all of them work on drive thru, none pay attention to dining room except the one cashier so be prepared to be second priority here. DINING ROOM IS DISGUSTING. ALL, every single one, of the tables were dirty so be prepared to eat in somebody elseās dried food and trash whereas it takes 30 seconds to wipe a table down. Theres seats on the high tables with large gashes in the cushion, chairs at the tables with ketchup all over the bottom ring, but staff take time to push chairs under the tables and SEE THE DRIED FOOD AND DO NOTHING ABOUT IT, I was in there for about an hour (since I had just had surgery on my mouth around Monday Iām just now getting back to being able to enjoy solid foods, so I take longer to eat). The only clean up I saw was push the chairs under the tables and them looking dead at the tabletops. Soda drink machines were also filthy. Sticky residue and puddles all in front of the machines and floor in front of machines, again, staff can walk floor to push chairs in but canāt take a simple rag to clean up STICKY mess off around those.
All of reasons 2 and 3 couldāve been taken care of within 15-25 minutes, a simple rag and soapwater wipe off. But nope.
Visit 2:: I had went through the drive thru to order a mcCafe before class. Paid at the first window, everything there had went completely fine. The second window is where I had my issue. The woman first of all had handed me an incorrect mcCafe so I simply stated what I had ordered and was never rude. The employee then proceeded to YELL at me. This lady stood there and yelled at me through this window and then proceeded to have a yelling match with me through this window WHILE THEY HAD A LINE over something that couldāve just been fixed by handing me the item I had ordered. I wasnāt even mad about the mix up. I got furious when she decided to take the time to yell at me.
I could go on about my visits on this review but Iāll stop here, so I would recommend not visiting this location to eat inside unless you want to eat in filth, and go to one of the two off of Highway 69 instead. Have a good day everyone, and make...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI've only been twice and both times the drive through workers were very rude. I'm tired of trying so I'm not going back. This most recent time every worker didn't say a word to me (or barely saying anything to me).
The girl taking my money just stared at me. I said hello and handed her my money. She looks at me like I'm an idiot and asks "You the number 7?" I said yes and she handed me my change and closed the door. No eye contact or at least saying something to me.
Then when I got my food the lady just handed it too me and quickly shut the window. Like I don't need to be treated like a queen but at least say something to me! I'm a human guys just like you! Say "Have a nice day!" or "Here's your change!" I've worked food service all my working life (including McDonalds in my early years) and it's not hard to suck up a bad day and say hi to someone. And the fact that I was being polite and chipper saying hi to y'all at least i deserved a half assed attempt at being a basic human.
I remember now why I stopped eating McDonald's... Y'all still have a long way to go from the bottom up to make your corporation into something more than something I used to eat in high school when I was...

If you order anything ice-cream related, expect it to be out of order, incorrect, or just plain unsafe. I used to deliver with Uber Eats, and I can count on one hand the number of times I have successfully delivered ice cream products from McDonald's. Every time they came up on my Uber app I would be filled with dread. I estimate I've lost over $500 waiting in line, trying to pick up orders when they were closed (and shouldn't be accepting orders), and trying to pick up orders of things they didn't have (and shouldn't have accepted orders for).
If you go here any time they are open, expect a massive, slow-moving line. Between 2 and 4 employees seem to be here at a time. Even during Covid-19, they were so understaffed I couldn't believe it. Also, you get your typical contemptuous fast food employee. Either McDonald's doesn't treat their employees very well, or intentionally hires the grumpiest people. But either way they clearly don't care about customer service because they know you'll give them money for their just-passably-not-dangerous...
