I was very disappointed. I don't know if the cook was angry at having to work on Mother's Day or not. Maybe he wanted to be home , who knows All I know is Good customer service has NOTHING to do with your personal emotions and you should NEVER take your issues out on the customers food. Sadly that will be my LAST time going to this Milos and maybe the chain in general ha . Who you hire represents you for many customers , Especially in my age range we believe in Responsibility for your actions, respect and Good Service , something the younger generation seems to not care much about due to the entitlement phase they are in. I pray they grow out of it and learn your job ethics/ product represents you and in this life you are judged on that, so always put your best foot forward. He didnt know who that burger was for, i could have been the Ceos wife lol . sometimes you'll never get a 2nd chance to make a 1st impression. Even tho I parked and went in and spoke directly to the cook who made the burger and had him make me a new one and he proved by this one being MUCH better that the first had some issues attached I still will NEVER step foot in that particular Milos again and if asked by friends and family I won't give recommendations for this one. Read moreThis was one of the worst visits I have ever had!! Me and my grandmother ordered 2 of the 3piece tender meals with sweet teas. 1st the chicken was old and cold plus the fries were cold also. To add to this horror after one sip of the tea it was nothing but ice left. I went back thru the drive to advice them that my whole order was cold they told me they would replace it. After pulling up to the window the cashier told me that my food was hot and ready. I pulled over in the parking lot to check my order once again but this time my tenders were not fresh they only dropped the tenders over again to try to say they were fresh. I normally choose Milo over any restaurant but after today I will say that Milo really showed out with their lack of great customer service and food!! The 2nd time I gave this place a shot was late in the afternoon, and everything was even worse than the first time. My 3rd and final time eating at this establishment was during a lunch rush, and it was by far the worst. I know, I should have stopped after the 1st or even 2nd time, but I wanted this place to be good as the other times I have eaten at a Milo's were positive. The service here is terrible, apparently no matter the time of day. The food is way too expensive for the tiny bit of meat you get on the burger. But I really can't emphasize enough how poor the service is, not just rudeness but incompetence. If you ask for a different kind of sauce than the standard Milo's sauce, they smother the bread and wrapper in it. It's gross, and overpriced.
