Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Tuscaloosa

This was my first time trying scooters coffee. The menu looked great so I had to look at it a while. I finally decided on the s’mores frozen drink cause I’ve never seen nothing like it. In the picture it looked like a dark liquid, like it would have chocolate in it, and the picture also had what appeared to be roasted marshmallows on top. I get the drink and it looks totally different. It’s a lighter colored liquid, no marshmallows, and no chocolate. It had whipped cream and crumbs on top. Tasted just like a regular frozen vanilla coffee. I asked the lady if this was a s’mores drink and she said yes. I told her it looks nothing like the picture. I also asked if they could put chocolate on it at least and she said she couldn’t take my drink back through the window. They up-charge for chocolate drizzle. Yes, the drink was good but they shouldn’t picture something that isn’t what you get and have to pay for something completely different. I've been going to Scooters for quite some time but recently 3 out of the last 4 weekends I've gone I've gotten sick feeling very nauseous and ended up throwing up that morning and having diarrhea later that day. I didn't order the same thing. I ordered something different each time. The first time I ordered the lucky charms latte and the everything bagel. The following weekend it was the cinnamon oatmilk latte and the everything bagel. The last time it was the cinnamon oatmilk latte and the maple waffle sandwich. Their coffee is great but the folks at the counter are no good. I ordered a small size Nutter butter coffee today and my husband categorically asked if it's possible to make it hot as I was having a sore throat. The girl who took our order said nothing and when I was finally handed over a large size (not a small as I had asked) ice-cold coffee and I asked her the reason, she blankly replied that "It doesn't come hot". So why exactly did you not tell us that when we placed that order? Disappointing! I am never going...
