I’m from out of town so I didn’t know much about this store. I ordered a smoothie from the app bc this store was closest to where I was. When I arrived to pick up my smoothie, they had the door locked and motioned for me to go through the drive thru. I needed to get back on the road, so I called and told them to cancel it bc I was in a hurry. No biggie. The young lady said she would cancel it, and I thought that was the end of it.
One problem: she didn’t cancel it. I called back about 4 hours later to remind her to cancel the order, and the worker said, “I poured your order out when you canceled it. That’s all I can do since you ordered through the app.” She put me on the phone with a manager who said I should call back in the morning and speak to the owner.
I called back the next morning and was told that I should contact the corporate office because the store cannot refund orders from the app. I called corporate, and corporate said the store is the only one who can refund app orders. I called the store back and the same worker I spoke with at first assured me there was no way a store could issue the refund. When I mentioned that corporate told me otherwise and suggested as gently as I knew how that it could be a knowledge gap on the store’s part, she assured me she knew how to do everything at the store and that she would call corporate and speak with them herself.
Long story short: Corporate escalated my complaint, sent a message to the store, and the store issued my refund a whole 3 days after I ordered my smoothie.

Read moreWhen I’m in town, this store is normally fine however certain workers (like the ones working 3/18/23 around 1 PM) were very rude. When I pulled up to order the smoothie, I needed a moment to choose and the worker kept rushing me every 15 seconds saying “Order whenever you’re ready.” Like okay, damn, no need to repeat yourself multiple times; I will order when IM ready, not when you are. When I got to the window, I scanned my app using only the Scan to Redeem Points side but somehow it paid with the card on file which is not the workers fault but they didn’t take my subtle frustration well. Also, the smoothie looked obviously thrown together because it was dripping on me after it was handed to me. I pulled back to ask for napkins (which they did not provide the 1st time) and BOTH workers pretended to not see me when one had looked at me. I honked and finally they came to the window with a nasty attitude and didn’t say a word to me. I was polite the entire interaction I had today at the store so I didn’t understand the reason for the attitudes and rudeness. If you hate your job, that’s NOT the customer’s fault. Moral of the story: If the worker has an attitude when you order at this store, drive away and go to another store or better yet get a cheaper one from the grocery store without a side of attitude. We started in the drive-thru but were having a hard time deciding, so we decided to go inside. Tyler immediately greeted us and took the time to help us choose the best options, making the whole process easy and enjoyable. His friendly and patient attitude made a huge difference, and even our picky 6-year-old is now a fan! Everyone left with a smile and feeling great.
