A week ago my sister was told by an employee (Liz) that she was told by her boss (Edward) they WOULD NO LONGER BE ABLE TO SERVE ME OR MY SISTER the other half of the Banana Nut Bread I have always got my sister to bring me back from Skyland Starsbuck, my sister goes in there to get her drinks. I ALWAYS FOR YEARS have asked she brings me the other half she does not eat in the ORIGINAL PLASTIC WRAP IT COMES IN. The employees including the manager EDWARD all these years have never had a problem with my sister having the other half in the original wrapping. What's the issue? What's the problem? With ALL THE BAD PRESS STARBUCKS GETS IN THE NEWS, you would think you would not make your regular customers mad over something as simple as this. My sister might come there but for disable people unable to come and wants this order that way, ESPECIALLY after they have been serving & doing this for years. WHO IS IT HURTING TO ALLOW MY SISTER TO CARRY OUT THE OTHER HALF OF THE UNHEATED, UNSERVED, UNUSED BANANA NUT BREAD THAT SHE AS THE CUSTOMER PAID FOR AND SHOULD GET IN IT'S ORIGINAL WRAPPING IT IS PACKED IN? ESPECIALLY SINCE YOU HAVE ALLOWED THIS FOR YEARS ???????? Worry about other things and stop picking over that. Like picking up the outside when a customer sees trash in the bushes fir days and no one picks it up or other stuff. Good treatment & good services goes a long ways. Bad treatment and bad press runs off the good customers you already have-

Read moreI went to Starbucks today as I do often and the lack barista-cashier standing behind the white guy in this photo was super rude. I think he is a guy, I honestly couldn’t tell from the lip gloss, the hat and the flamboyant attitude. Forgive me if it’s a female. But, I went there today and visited the drive thru. I ordered a coffee because I was given a gift card for my birthday yesterday. I was adding the card to the Starbucks app that I downloaded in the drive thru. After I downloaded it and got to the window, I wasn’t sure how to get to the barcode in the app to scan and explained to the barista that I added a gift card that I got for my birthday but didn’t know how to use the app. The barista immediately became rude saying “well if you just added the card you don’t have any birthday rewards”. I said to the barista that I didn’t ask him:her about a reward and the barista repeated “well you don’t have a reward”. That was annoying but maybe that barista was hard of understanding…? So I asked for a refund and the manager. The white guy came to the window, never apologized and simply asked if I used the app to pay for the card. So, I asked for Tracy and he said she wasn’t in. My thing is if the barista didn’t want to be at work he/she should’ve went home. I’m not about to pay for high tail coffee and accept attitude. I’ll be visiting the McFarland store from now on when I’m in Tuscaloosa. I can’t afford to be catching assault cases...

I explained my situation and they asked my name. I gave it. They told me to wait a minute, they were finishing it up. Then they called another name (thinking it was mine). Turns out, my coffee w explicit instructions for extra hot everything had been sitting out since before i arrived. I wasnt late for pickup time but definitely would have been if waited for drive thru. The girls (4 or 5) were having fun - honestly glad to see it - but w such a long line and no customers in the store, i thought they might all be busier making orders…? And my order was not quite right, even before it got cold, but i didn’t feel like there was anyone paying any more attention to customers than the autopilot script, so didn’t feel like interrupting their fun just to be picky.
