Just had my body composition done w Koa helping me. Really quick and easy to get the analysis done. I have been dreading getting back on the horse when I have spent so long on hiatus from working out and eating what I should. Everyone was super nice and gave me lots of great information to help me get started on a good foot. Really encouraging and friendly so I didn’t feel remotely uncomfortable that everyone was way more fit than me. They didn’t try to sell me everything in the store but helped me focus on the areas that would be most helpful to me where I am today. I super appreciate that. They use high pressure sales tactics to sell sketchy protein that doesn't disclose its manufacturing locations. Like GNC but a much smaller company so they can be pushier with sketchier products without as much corporate oversight.

They also push testosterone products with minimal research backing and credibility.

I wouldn't recommend going at all but if you do, stick to well known brands for products you have thoroughly researched.

Edit: While some places apologize or offer to resolve negative reviews, the owner has commented on my review saying it's spam. Quit being sketchy total...

I really like the lean 7 protein shakes and the guys seems knowledgeable. They also let you try the shake before you buy them. However, I used the restroom and there was no soap so I asked for some and they didn't have any in the store at all and this guy was making samples of the drinks. Pretty gross. The manager also acts like he is annoyed every time we come in. They had a sale "up to 50% off" so we tried to order shakes. The shakes were BOGO 50% off so we were going to order 2 containers of Lean 7. They told us it had to be 2 different products so we just didn't...
