Let me start by saying the cobbler and banana pudding is amazing! They were perfectly made and the best I’ve ever had. That being said I docked stars for the Owner being unprofessional. When I walked in he was speaking very loudly (on the verge of yelling) at an employee about some issue with on boarding paperwork. She was trying to be kind and told the people waiting to order she would be just a minute as continued to speak to her in front of everyone. He then continued to talk while they tried to order. He then pressured another family to leave a review for this place and make sure they took pictures to post. The final straw was when another family came in and tried to order a flight Togo and the cashier politely told them they could only get that for dine-in so they decided to do that and started saying which desserts they wanted. Half-way through their order the owner rudely cut them off saying they can’t order a flight for takeout but had completely missed the part where they switched to dine in. He micromanages his employees who are so kind, and speaks incredibly loudly and not in nice tones to them in front of customers. I will probably return because the food is great but he needs to know how he is coming off...

I gave a 1 Star, because I called and asked if you guys were hiring and was told “Yes” by Anna. I came in to get an application to apply and returned the application to Anna, the manager, who told me she would call me in a couple of days for an interview. I never received a call back. So, I called to follow up and was told that you weren’t hiring, which was odd, because that was only a few days ago that I returned my application. Then, I was told that you guys hired others. So, I waited a wk or so to call back see if you guys were hiring and was told “yes”, but I haven’t heard from Anna or any other manager about my application and an interview as I was told by Anna. I found that so weird. I have a clear background and I’m a hard worker who would love to work any shift, any time, but obviously you’re not hiring as bad as you guys say you need people, or just don’t want to hire me specifically for whatever reason. And, you guys can improve by not miscommunicating with applicants. You tell them one thing, but really mean something else, or don’t following up as you guys stated you would, because I don’t have time for...

We came by around 7:30 tonight. It’s Saturday June 29th I normally love this place and I plan on continuing coming but we went tonight cause we were celebrating my birthday and one of the girls was extremely rude and unfriendly. Her name is grace Not just to me but all the customers… I feel she should be told a little smile and hospitality could go a long way. When she was bringing food to ppls tables she would slam the bag on the table not even smile or tell them have a good night she looked pissed that ppl would come in and order wouldn’t even smile at a single customer we got a mini cobbler and I didn’t know it didn’t come with ice cream and when we asked her about it she rudely said no…. At one point we needed napkins and I went to the bathroom to get paper towels just to avoid asking anything from her cause she was so rude. This is not a place this girl should be working or anywhere for that matter dealing...
