I mistakenly placed an order online to the Tuscaloosa location instead of the Northport location and didn't notice until I hit the place order button. Completely my fault, I take full responsibility. I immediately tried to cancel my order online through their customer support chat, which told me I had to contact the store directly to cancel my order and gave me their phone number. When I called, as soon as I explained the situation, I was told I had to cancel my order on the app. When I explained I tried to do that and was told to contact the store, she put the phone down for a few seconds, then came back and said I would have to contact customer service. I, again, told her customer service said I had to cancel my order directly through the store and that it had been placed literally 2 minutes ago. She then proceeded to tell me there was nothing they could do and that I would have to contact customer support. I asked for the phone number and the name of the manager for when I called customer support, and was then told his name but "if you want to call back in 10 minutes, he can talk to you then. He's speaking with the health department right now.". I told her there was no reason for me to call back if he wasn't going to be cancelling my order. She said okay and we hung up. I've tried calling 2 different customer service numbers, one says "due to technical difficulties, we can't take you call at this time. Try again later" and the other is just a busy tone. Read moreHave been here twice now. The first visit I got a small brisket sandwich and a side of mac n cheese and a large drink. The sandwich was good, but I had to ask for the mac n cheese as they didn't put it in my bag, and it was basically cold when I got it. The drink machine drips all over your hand when you get ice too, giving you sticky hands. I also had to ask for napkins, none were in my or my coworkers bags. The second visit, I got a medium meatball sandwich and a side of potato soup, with a large drink. Same complaint for the drink machine, drips everywhere. I had to ask for my soup when I was handed my sandwich. The soup was like warm and grainy. The sandwich was good except the meatballs were cold in patches, which is crazy because I watched them put the sandwich through the toaster two times at least. Had to ask for napkins this time too. The staff here are nice enough, but management definitely could find a better process for the way...
Read moreI ordered a medium veggie sub I got a medium provolone lettuce & one white one sandwich with a dap of condiment....I called and was apologized too told to bring the food or receipt...I did that this evening when I came back out the young lady at the register was very pleasant and apologized however when the manager came I over heard her say whenever somebody says there sandwich is wrong they need to have a receipt I literally just left hear a few hours ago AND I brought back the food who carries around a sandwich if they dnt originally order it I asked for extra pickles earlier and did not eat them after my sandwich was wrong I asked to have them replaced they weren't.....when we are working we have to be careful of our conversation in front of customers....true don't get me wrong she was within right to let the young lady know but in front of me gave the insinuation that she didn't believe I had...
