Big #Vegetarian ā¼ļø The service was good the food was TERRIBLE(presentation was also terrible) the box was filthy with food residue all over it š. I had to clean the box off before opening it. Anywho I had to get out of the drive-thru to come in 3 times!. First time to get a cookie that I could not get in the Drive-Thru. 2nd to get a refund the 3rd time to also (get a refund) but the manager (who seemed very nonchalant by the way) convinced me to allow her to REMAKE the quesadilla instead of giving me a refund like I asked!. I do not like asking people to remake something they should have made correctly the 1st time. Anywho I allowed her to remake it( I DO APPRECIATE HER FOR THAT) but it's still ended up in the TRASH because I was afraid to even eat it at this point!. So in other words I WASTED $18 only to eat a bag of chips with six WHOLE chips in the bagš. I was highly DISAPPOINTED! TBH this is not the 1st time that I've had this kind of service from tropical Cafe. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but as ALWAYS an epic FAIL! I made and online order around 9:30 at night. Pull up itās 9:45pm and the lights are out.. closing 15 mins early. So they unlocked the side door and let me in to tell me that my order couldnāt be made. I called said ok. So she refunded my card. As I walked out of the door I looked at the receipt and realized she shirt change me almost $4. So I turned around.. the cashier had the nerve to get mad because she didnāt give me all my money.š¤·šæāāļø make it make sense.. so she asked the 3 coworkers standing around her in a sarcastic way.. āyāall got $3ā and they all handed it to her balled up. She seen the look on my face and began to redo the refund on the card.. looked at that receipt when I left it wasnāt a refund she did it as a purchase⦠I want my $27!!
