Went to get lunch today at drive thru. A woman's voice greeted me through microphone pleasantly....then a man's voice interrupted and abruptly shouted..."wait a minute!" (Woman's voice was apparently a recording?) He finally asked for the order but didn't give the total. When I pulled up to pay I had no idea how much it was so it took a few minutes to find the amount in my wallet. The man was standing behind the young girl at the window shouting "next car!" "next car!" The girl said something that sounded derogatory about me in Spanish to the man. I paid and the girl thrust a drink at me and the bag of food. She didn't give me a receipt. She then shouted at me "next car!" as if she was saying "get moving!" I had to ask twice for a straw for the drink as she was repeatedly yelling "next car!" There was no hello, or thank you. Just rude, obnoxious behavior to a customer, who is actually paying them to be treated that way? I think not. Never again! I will drive to the El Pollo Loco in the Marketplace from now on, or better yet, find a different restaurant that appreciates my business and my money. Read moreI have been coming to this El Pollo Loco for years with no problems, Until recently, they hired A guy that’s like 18 or 19 years old. He always messes up on the orders, not putting the chips not putting the sauces, And not providing utensils. A couple days ago, I asked Him for the sauces and the other stuff But then after he gave me the items He mean mugged me. I reported it to the management Liz she apologized and said that she will talk to him and that she will give me 50% off, but when I went in person, they did an honor the discount when I asked for the seven dollars a night I sent burrito meal special, which they replied that it’s only offered through the app which other locations they offer it in the store as well. That same guy was still there again and he continued mad dogging me, and didn’t even apologize regarding last time. I was ordering in the drive through and the woman taking my order told me to "hold on" as I was running through my order and I waited for 3 minutes and she continued my order but she said "go back. what soda do you want" and I said "coke" then continued the rest of my order and she said "NO WHAT SODA DO YOU WANT" and my mother in the passenger seat said "COKE. We said COKE" because she was having a hard time hearing us. She then proceeded to tell us to not yell at her because she was already having a "rough time."
