UPDATES ON THE REST OF THE $14k ORDER on Feb. 01, 2024 at Tustin Ca. Location
THIS ENTIRE ORDER HAVE BEEN A NIGHTMARE AFTER NIGHTMARE. ONE OF THE WORST RETAIL EXPERIENCED.
THE $14k HAVE ALREADY BEEN CHARGED ON MY CREDIT CARD ON MARCH 01, 2024, BUT YET ALL 9 PIECES DELIVERED ARE ALL MANUFACTURE DEFECTS and ALL 9 PIECES HAVE DAMAGES. UPDATED: I DO NOT HAVE ANY OF THE 9 PIECES AS OF MAY 05, 2024.
THE 3 PIECES DELIVERED TODAY MAY 03, 2024 ARE ALL MANUFACTURE DEFECTS & POOR QUALITY CONTROL. I was not expecting the issues to occur again. -1 Jason Tall Dresser -2 Jason Night Table. The dark wood stain color are off, it have large white spots on the wood looking like an unfinished stained on the wood, the bottom part of the drawers is not properly put together, the hardware have some type of looking like spray paint stains.
I have sent all 3 pieces back upon initial delivery. I did not pay Ethan Allen prices $14k to receive DAMAGES, POOR QUAILY, NOT PERFECT CONDITION. If I wanted imperfections furnitures I would go to 2nd hand market and pay $50.’s/$100.’s for Ethan Allen furnitures.

TAYLOR BURKHARDT the designer helped me with this order only been with Ethan Allen for a year, TAYLOR is no longer with Ethan Allen. Now I am left with no one to answer my concerns, and help with the damages pieces from the order.
I have been patiently waited for these 9 pieces to arrive. I am disappointed and did not expect the poor quality coming from Ethan Allen. Now I have to wait for the Warranty department to inspect and decide what to do. At this point I would prefer the full refunds. I do not want to wait any longer and having to deal with the stress, and sleepless nights over furnitures. This experience suppose to be an excitement and enjoyment moments.
PREVIOUS REVIEW: THE WORSE OF THE WORSE NIGHTMARE! I have spend $14K on 9 pieces at Ethan Allen Tustin Location. I cannot believe the lack of quality control. I expected more and only the best from Ethan Allen.

Received delivery on March 22, 2024. They delivered the 6 PIECES WITH DAMAGES. The delivery guys were rushed to dropped off the 6 pieces and rushed out. I trusted Ethan Allen brand, I ONLY expect top notch quality for all of the items, and excellent customer service. I am very disappointed.
1-The MING Media Console is manufacture damaged, and there are damages caused from rubbing my hallway wall during delivery. 2- The 3 Jewel Metal Base Counter Stool- the fabric part have tear with dark stains all over ( coming from Ethan Allen I would expect the best quality fabric), and the metal base have dents with scratches. 3- The 2 Karter Cylinder Table Lamp the Crystal base part are scratched.
Today is March 26, 2024 the delivery team is scheduled to stop by to take photos of the 6 damaged pieces. These damaged pieces are still at my home taking up the space, I will not and cannot use the items as it is not in Brand New perfect condition as it suppose to be. Until the issues are solve I am mentally stress, couldn’t sleep at night, and physically stuck. I hope and trust Ethan Allen prioritize to correct these issues AS SOON AS POSSIBLE so I can go back to the normal at home.
Please do your research before you order anything from Ethan Allen. To take your time to inspect all items prior to allowing it enter your home. I should have asked from the people who actually had their items delivered how satisfied they are! I am pretty sure I am not the only one who feel extremely unhappy, stress, and think their time and money are wasted.

Read moreI was incredibly disappointed at every step of my last purchase from Ethan Allen. I purchased a couch, dining table set, and ottoman from Ethan Allen (Tustin) in 2011 and was decently happy with the experience. In fact, my only issue with that purchase was one of our dining chairs was not assembled correctly and was missing its bottom support.
However, this last purchase in June 2018 had something go wrong at pretty much every step. I purchased a bed in June and it was not delivered until mid-November. My original purchase order had an estimated ship date of mid-August.
Here's a list of everything that went wrong: I had to call Ethan Allen a week before the estimated ship date, only to find out it was delayed. They finally called to arrange a delivery date at least 2 weeks past the estimated ship date. The day before the delivery they called and said they noticed that the sizes of the the bed pieces were not ordered correctly (one eastern king and one cal king). So they needed to remake the bed. I had to ask about compensation. I was offered $75. (By the way, this whole time I"m sleeping on a mattress on the floor.) I received a robo-call the day of the original delivery stating that my delivery was on its way (even though the delivery was cancelled). I was called a week after the delivery cancelled call and told that the material had arrived but was given no information about date of completion or delivery. I had to email a month after that call to get any information since I still had not heard anything. I was then offered $150 for my trouble (I was told since I purchased the bed at a discount, that was the best they could do). Mid-October I received an email that my bed was scheduled to arrive the week of November 5th and I should receive a call to schedule delivery. On November 11th, I had to send another email since I still had not heard from the delivery scheduler. On November 17th, the bed was finally delivered. The delivery men made a huge gash in the wall behind the bed. The welting on the bed was dirty. They reached out to send someone to clean. They came on November 28th to clean. Upon drying, the welting appeared to still be dirty. On December 7th, I received an email from the Tustin store asking if everything was taking care of (Finally, a follow-up!). I emailed back 4 days later and said that the welting still looks dirty. It is now December 15th and I have not heard back from them again. Meanwhile, I have received an email EVERY day this week asking me to rate Ethan Allen.
I understand that sometimes mistakes happen. What disappoints me is the lack of Ethan Allen's attempts to fix the issues at almost every step of this process. I constantly had to go after them. Then when I finally was fed up and contacted the "higher-ups" they got me answers but there was no follow-up. Then delivery came and more issues. I then get contacted but again no follow-through.
There were so many times Ethan Allen could have reached out, apologized for the situation, and given me information about where we were now in the process and at least let me know that they cared. Other than one email from the service department, there has been no follow-up.
This transaction has shown me that Ethan Allen couldn't care less about their customers. I will not be purchasing from Ethan Allen again and I urge you to also take your business somewhere else where they might actually care about the service...
Read moreThe best and easiest thing I did for our newly remodeled home was to secure Paul Vidales from the Tustin Ethan Allen store. We live in Agoura but when I saw what he did with my cousin’s house in a Yorba Linda, I didn’t want to work with anyone else. Not only was his work impressive but my cousin said he was wonderful to work with. I drove down to Tustin to meet him and instantly liked him. He took me around the store and told me to point out pieces and styles that I liked which I did. He came all the way to Agoura to “get the feel” of my house. We were in the midst of the remodel with furniture and stacked boxes in the middle of rooms and plastic hanging everywhere for the painters. I honestly was fearful of “the feel” he would get from my house. He took meticulous measurements and told us to come to the store the following week for his presentation. My husband was not pleased to go all the way to Tustin when there was an Ethan Allen two miles away from us but he was so happy he went. We were both blown away with the pieces and fabrics he chose! We were just going to do the primary bedroom and family room but when I saw what he did with those I asked him what he would do for the living and dining rooms. He said to come back next week which we did and loved everything again! My husband was a general contractor for multimillion dollar homes, had worked with countless high end designers and told Paul he was the best he had seen! He said, “You read my wife like a book and listened to everything we wanted.” Our first celebration with guests was my daughter’s bridal shower, three days after the furniture arrived. The guests were as blown easy as we were! They said it was so beautiful they felt like they stepped into a magazine but still warm and inviting, exactly what I had told Paul that I wanted. Paul came for the deliveries and made sure everything was set up properly. He promptly answered all of my texts with questions about stone for the fireplace, fixtures, etc. He was always friendly, professional and never seemed bothered when I called or texted. He was a delight to work with, extremely talented and the absolute BEST part of our remodel! I cannot say enough positive things about him!
