Lane Bryant — Local services in Tustin

This 5-star review is for my experience today and for my recent experience of ordering online with Lane Bryant during the pandemic. I had to return a bra today that I ordered online and I had the good fortune of being waited on by Virginia. She was so helpful, friendly and comfortable to work with. She also made me aware of an excellent deal on bras that I took advantage of. Lane Bryant definitely has the best bras for women who are "well endowed". They give good support, they are very pretty and they can be very sexy depending on what style you choose. I have been buying my bras at Lane Bryant for probably 20 years now. I am not always crazy about the styles of clothing at Lane Bryant. I also think the clothes are pretty expensive. Being a store for bigger women you think they would embrace styles that accentuate or create the look of a waistline and that the clothing would minimize the heavy boxy look. But for some reason their clothes are very square-shaped. Not very complimentary. I want to share an email I sent Julie the GM regarding Stephanie at the Tustin Location. Because I'm sure what I saw on friday was what She always does. I went in on my lunch break. There was a few customers in the store and she was the only sales associate on the floor. She was multitasking to the max! Bouncing from answering the phone, putting away the new shipment, ringing customers up to assisting another customer in looking for other sizes. It's very impressive how she did not break and I Applaud her for that. I worked for four years at Windsor Fashions in my 20s. So I know how much it takes to do what she did. I visited this location for nice business casual clothing for my internship. Donette helped me find a lot more pieces than I expected to find. She was like a personal shopper. She knew right where everything was, and made this experience pleasant. Before I entered, I thought that I may find one or two outfits to build on later.
