I’ve been to this place several times now with some mixed feelings but today tops the cake of not going back again.

I ordered two black coffees, which are oddly the price of just anything else, and after I paid I was told they had to brew the coffee. Okay no big deal fresh coffee right?! Nope. The coffee was luke warm and tasted worse than watered down folders at best with some burnt coffee grind after taste and this just made all of my last orders come to fruition.

If you like sugary flavorless drinks made from powder and not real herbs for herbal tea, this is your place. I’d ordered Mexican mochas several times that were so thick with fillings there was gunk at the bottom of my cups or they tasted like warm milk with water and some sugar, Chai teas not made from real chai herbs, herbal tea made from tazo with you guessed it pumps of elder berry syrup (?!?!), and of course was the $12 for two black coffees and English muffins.

I will not be coming back here and it’s a shame because of it’s convenience and how many other great coffee places their are...

The coffee here is SO good, however the wait times are difficult to justify. I’ve had to leave the line before due to the wait and this morning i spent 20 minutes in the drive through for two iced coffees and only had three people in front of me during that time frame. Then we were handed the wrong order. I’m all for supporting small business over chain but the wait times and staff training needs to be addressed.

*edited to address: I am so grateful you took the time for your reply, however I showed up at 9:35am and drove away at 9:52am. Not sure if they are clocking your “completed” properly. We sat at the window and caused an 5 car back up and had a customer to leave the line. I work for a small business and am all for understanding the learning curve and how reviews and feedback impact a business. As stated the coffee is great which is why I wanted to address the wait times when you are up against larger companies near by and I would love to continue to...

Coffee is great! Staff is very friendly. The only downside I can say is that not everything on their menu is available. But still its a fantastic coffee shop Edit: I really hate to have to change my review but enough is enough. There have been several times I've gone in the morning and no one is there when they've been "open" for half an hour or later. But tonight I come through at 6:30 when their hours say they're open until 8. I sat in the drive through for several minutes with no answer. I pulled up to the window and I could see two people inside. I knocked on the window but they didn't bother looking up. So I finally called, a girl answered and I asked if they were open, to which she said "Yes". I said "Okay because I'm in your drive through and can't get an answer". Her response suddenly changed to "Oh. We close at 6 on the weekends." I'm livid. I drove all the way across town to be told they're closed. The coffee is good but not that good. I...
