I have stayed at this location twice in the past month for a total of over a month so far. My company books my hotels so I do not have much say as to where I stay. My first eight day experience at this hotel was nice and the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. I found the rooms quite small but the beds were very comfortable. I was forced to move out of the hotel because they were overbooked one of the nights I planned to stay. This was very inconvenient. My company moved me back in this hotel two weeks later and booked my room for a month. They put me on the second floor and I got ZERO sleep due to the stomping in the room above me. This time, I found this experience a nightmare. A gymnastics team practiced their round-offs outside my door until well into the night. The small indoor pool was overrun with loud children who stole my swim goggles and it closes at 10pm so the hours I could use it were very limited. They have two Energy Efficient washing machines with black doors so you can't see if your laundry has enough soap and there is no signage to tell you how much detergent you should add. I followed the directions on my detergent bottle and the machine stalled for several minutes with the word SUDS on the display. I had no idea what this meant. My clothes came out SOAPY and when I wore them the next day they were ITCHY. The internet has been down three days out of seven, one day for the complete day. After the seventh day of my second visit, my sheets still had not been changed and I HAD TO ASK a maid to change them. The streets surrounding the property are being repaved so you have to drive through gravel to get into the parking lot. Perhaps this is just bad timing, but this second stay has been terrible and I promise I will not return to this Fairfield Inn owned by Marriott. They will probably be glad to hear this since I have had something to complain about every single day. I am extremely dissatisfied with this hotel. There has been a problem every single day. The desk clerks make less than $9/hr and get rewarded for selling the highest priced room, so they jack them up whenever they can. The prices for the rooms fluctuate more than the daily temperature depending on the mood of the clerk answering the phone. I tipped each of them and all the breakfast help $20 each and in hindsight, that was a mistake. Marriott should be ashamed to call this Fairfield Inn part of...
Read moreWe had the most incredible experience thanks to Dylan during our stay. From the moment we arrived, Dylan was there to greet us with a warm smile and a friendly demeanor. Dylan made the check-in process seamless and efficient, ensuring we felt welcomed and taken care of right away. His professionalism and attention to detail were evident as Dylan walked us through everything we needed to know about our room and the amenities.
When our pizza delivery arrived, Dylan went above and beyond to make sure the delivery person found us in the courtyard rather than our room. This small gesture made our meal so much more enjoyable and hassle-free. Dylan's dedication to providing exceptional service was clear in every action he took.
The kids were thrilled when Dylan offered to turn on the fire pit for them. His thoughtfulness and initiative to create a fun and memorable experience for the little ones did not go unnoticed. Watching the kids' faces light up as Dylan expertly managed the fire pit was a highlight of our stay.
What truly set Dylan apart was his amazing attitude and sense of humor. Dylan had us rolling with laughter, making our stay not just comfortable, but genuinely fun. His infectious positivity and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference. Dylan's ability to connect with guests on a personal level is a rare and wonderful talent.
In every interaction, Dylan exemplified what it means to provide outstanding customer service. Dylan's exceptional skills, warm personality, and dedication to guest satisfaction turned our stay into an unforgettable experience. We can't thank Dylan enough and highly recommend anyone staying here to look out for Dylan’s incredible service. Dylan is truly a gem!
Dylan deserves 5 stars in all categories.
And yes this review is more about Dylan than it is about the hotel, because Dylan is what makes this hotel a...
Read moreI had just driven a 9-hour car ride from Denver, CO and needed a much-needed rest to get a bite to eat and lay my head until the next 9 hours to Portland, OR. I've always been a fan of The Marriott so out of all the options I had in Twin Falls, I chose Fairfield Inn & Suites.
After arriving very delirious from such a long trip, I was greeted by two cheerful and helpful desk clerks who processed my room in an amazingly quick and professional manner. It was later into the evening so I didn't eat beforehand but they suggested a great place that was walking distance (getting back in the car sounded dreadful).
It's been awhile since I've stayed in a hotel, but nothing has changed in the way that this establishment and The Marriott has proven it's #1 with the cleanliness and upkeep and wonderful staff they have. My room was so clean and comfortable and all the amenities were right at my fingertips.
My best experience out of the whole 24-hours though was the breakfast managed by the AMAZING Kerri! We were very keen to try the Waffle Station that the lovely night host had mentioned was complimentary. If I could play that whole morning again, I would do so!
The breakfast, offered COMPLIMENTARY by the way, was nothing short of a feast. Kerri was out in the open making sure everyone was satisfied and helped us figure out how to make those delicious waffles. Seriously, if they were a restaurant open to the public I'd go there for breakfast it was that good. Not to mention the vibe of the dining area was buzzing happily with satisfied overnighters like myself with the morning news on television and people happily munching on their meals.
I would definitely suggest this hotel and the cost was not more than what you'd expect with most places but the quality and fantastic customer service - again, THANK YOU, KERRI! went far beyond what you...
