I have given one star because I like the food, when I have had it other locations, but nothing at this location is good. I don't blame the employees wholly, I blame poor management. We have visited other sites all over California, Nevada and Utah and never had a bad experience. We have come 10 times in 2 years but no matter the time of day or day of the week it's always the same, dirty table and floors, excruciatingly slow service, cold food and frantic and stressed employees moving to service the drive thru and ignoring the people in the store. All the other locations we have visited outside Idaho have 7 employees at a time. Here there is one cook, and 2 ladies with head pieces on seemingly rushing to feed the drive thru customers. We stood there in a relatively empty restaurant (2 couples eating and about 20 empty, dirty tables) for at least 30 minutes and no one greeted us not one inside party was acknowledged or served. It was 8 PM on a Sunday evening. We saw one couple begin to get service and a group of 3 behind us left the store frustrated. The employees look upset and frazzled. We have the same experience when we come in at 10 to beat the lunch madness, or anytime. It looks empty in the store, but the skeleton crew employees are unable to keep up with a small demand. We left after standing in line for 45 minutes and only seeing one couple get food. Last time I was there I asked to wait for fresh hot prawns instead of the cold miniature serving at the bottom of the bowl, they said of course. I sat down and 10 minutes later, after already paying they brought me...the cold bottom of the barrel at snail speed. I ate it anyway, frustrated that they either forgot or just ignored me. Never a good experience. I guess for service I have to go thru...
Read moreNot meant for pity cry- I have been a lip reader for most of my life. Yes, I am hard of hearing (Deaf) durning this pandemic I have come to realize how much I depend upon my lip reading and residual hearing to make sense of what I do hear. My husband and I sign (asl) when out in town because of my differentAbility. Upon entering Panda Express we were communicating, my order to my husband, I was told by my husband we were met with hostility over us not wearing mask. We had covid in July, I understand it is very scary to some. As a DHH (Deaf, hard of hearing) Gov little has allowed for me and my interpreter to not wear masks. Even as we attempted to explain the situation to the lady she was very hostile and wouldn’t let my husband speak. Some people might say it’s a CA company that’s why. However, we did go to Habit instead, which is also a CA company and we’re not met with any questions over our maskless faces. I will always try to remember where to spend my money and support small business and those who support me.

Read morey’all’s job CANNOT be that hard. twice in one week they have messed up mine and my fiancés order. first time he ordered the bigger plate (drive thru) and he didn’t get his 3rd entree. no big deal, we love Panda, so we forgive and forget. 2nd time around, we ask for plenty of sweet and sour sauce. get our food, no sweet and sour sauce whatsoever, but rather a bunch of soy sauce. on top of that, my fiancé ordered orange chicken, honey sesame chicken and honey walnut shrimp. didn’t get any shrimp, just triple chicken. i have worked in the food industry for years and i know damn well it’s not that hard, yes, even with the staff shortage. because we went at 8:45pm, they were FAR from busy. still giving three stars because even though they screw it up, the food itself...
