If you are looking for authentic, this is nowhere near it. On top of that it was horrible food. Entering and being seated was fine and then after the food came it all went down hill. The waitress did not bring silverware until after the food came and we had to ask for it. Having a party of 11, all waiting to receive our food, and then having to ask for silverware and then wait even longer to eat was unacceptable. She then told us they did not have small forks for the kids so she didn't even bring silverware for the 5 children who were eating. We ended up sharing forks and spoons to eat rice and noodles. I, personally, asked for chopsticks, which she then returned to deliver other items and forgot the chopsticks until reminded once again. One child ordered sweet and sour chicken. She began eating and said it tasted like fish. I tried it and it was dried out- overcooked pork that was hard and rubbery. Three of us ordered combination #4 which was smothered in deep red sweet and sour sauce (not authentic) and tasted like corn syrup. Our chicken was rather large and overcooked rib meat which was dark and chewy. Not palatable. The fried rice was more like sticky, plain, white rice that was darkened with sauce and did not taste fried at all. It was the worst fried rice I have ever eaten and that is one of my favorite dishes to order anywhere. The Pork lo Mein actually was decent and agreed with by everyone. The shrimp was okay too but overcooked. (They do not have cocktail sauce) which is a problem. We had 5 children with us, 2 of them who ordered American food. Both plates included fries which were not salted. We asked for "a lot of ketchup" and the waitress brought out one tiny tin serving cup. I had to ask for more for the other child with fries; she brought out one slightly bigger one, so I asked for even more. The waitress then laughed it off and said; quote. "I probably should have brought the bottle... I buy the large jug at Walmart every 2 months because... [my child eats it so much.]" This waitress should have known better. Lastly, the music playing was American that you would hear on local radio. There are some Chinese decorations but the atmosphere seems forced, especially with the music. I will never be returning and will dissuade anyone I know from coming here. Sorry - Hong Kong - Too many mistakes at once, especially for how long you...

So my wife and I have been looking for an amazing Chinese food restaurant since we moved to Twin Falls. We have been completely displeased with every restaurant we have tried with the exception of one other being ok. We haven't been back there so that says a bunch. We chose to give Hong Kong a try and as soon as I walked in the service was absolutely amazing! I spoke with the owner and she was very interactive with all of the customer she came in contact with and was very passionate about her current customers and future customers. We ordered potstickers, which were extremely good. They could've been a bit crisper than they were but the taste made up for that completely. We also ordered Chicken Lo-Mein which the owner told me I should order as where I'm from chow mein is soft noodles, but it is actually Lo-Mein. The Lo-Mein was to die for! We ordered broccoli chicken and pork fried rice as well. Both were some of the best we've had in quite some time! Best part is they dont use MSG like most Chinese food places do to fake you into liking their food! We found our new spot! Definitely be back there soon! You must...

I am giving this place 5 stars because it is currently the best Chinese food restaurant in Twin Falls. I am also taking into account the atmosphere, it's clean, comfortable, and doesn’t feel like a sauna (unlike other Chinese restraints in this area). I tried the Dragon chicken while dinning here; it was crispy and the sauce was amazing. The pork fried rice and pork low main were also good compared to other Chinese restaurants. The low main noodles were of good quality, they didn't remind me of spaghetti noodles like other restaurants. You can tell they care about the quality of food and they strive to keep prices at an affordable price. I recommend this place! I will...

Food was weird and unlike any other Chinese takeout I've ever ordered. Not recommend at all. If you have no expectations of what it should be, it will probably be fine--cooked, seasoned-- but I was pretty disappointed. The chow mein we ordered was clearly chop suey, and the restaurant doesn't seem to know the difference because they insisted we got what we ordered. Not sure if this is a regular thing or a new person thing. The meat also seems to be "yesterdays"-- chopped so small ypu don't even know its there. The sweet and sour chicken was battered well, but the meat was brown and dry in a way that frying simply doesn't produce.

Having been to quite a few Chinese food places in Twin Falls I can tell you that most aren't very good. This place was a really nice exception. The food was fairly priced and quite good and the restaurant is very clean and nicely drcorated. Not only that but the both our waitress, Maria and the owner, Yen were so very friendly. I had the General Tso's chicken which was fabulous. I look forward to going back soon to try something else. Maybe the teriyaki chicken next time.

I had the General Tao’s chicken with pork fried rice, lo mein and an egg roll. Seriously one of the best chicken dishes I’ve ever had. The lo mein was well flavored and the rice mixed with the leftover sauce from the chicken was stellar. I asked if they would tell me how to make the sauce and she joked that she would for $100k HAHAHA. The owner is an awesome awesome lady (I forget her name) but if she would adopt me, I’d 100% have her as my grandma.
