Most of the time it is a great experience with most of the staff. And the food is not to bad, pretty good actually. But just in this certain location I’ve had the some bad service. Partly because of one employee. He doesn’t wear a name tag, which I telling. I’m sorry but he’s a bigger guy and works drive through. He never greets you , and if you try talking to him he just ignores you. This has not just been one time this is every time. He looks miserable every time I come and if that’s the case then he needs to find a different job because it’s not the customers fault that he feels that way. If he’s a manager (which would very surprising) then you guys need to find a new one because that is not how you conduct business and if it is then that really shows the standards that you guys have for your employees. I went with my wife and daughter the other day and I asked. How his day was and he just ignored me and shut the window my wife was very mad and wanted to go in and tell your managers but I had told her it wasn’t worth it. But this is very sad. My daughter loves your ice cream but I think I will just go somewhere else from now on. And I’m just gonna warn other people about this issue too. I use to work at Dairy Queen and was also working drive through and even if I was having a bad day I would still greet the customer with the upmost respect. I will say that there are a few young woman and men there(night time) that are very friendly. Just this one man. Like I said doesn’t wear a name tag so that’s why I’m just...
Read moreI gave this place a five Stars not because I work here but Because I wanted to clarify some things. First off the staff of the DQ franchise try to strive forward to product perfection under a certain amount of time. Do we always managed to achieve that goal every day? If we did, I wouldn't have to clarify things. We try to keep our work place a professional work place. Leaving the outside drama behind us as we clock on. Unfortunately, this doesn't always seem to be the case [I am guilty of that a bit]. We try to treat our Customers with a Disney Land Experience. With friendly welcomings and good byes. We try not to mess up on orders, but we can not help it of some of us employees are hard of hearing [Guilty as charge]. When an order is messed up we try to fix it for the said customer. Or make it up to them. If you refuse our help than we can't do much more than give refunds, and wish you a good rest of your day. Now just because you have a bad experience here once, does not mean you should write about it and never come here again. I understand if its multiple times, but not once. Remember you can always ask a crew member [preferably a manager or the store owner Known as Micheal Parry or Mike] to help you get the best possible...
Read moreYou have an employee by the name of Suzanne that should be recognized for her superior customer service skills! She is always so kind and warm and goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed when visiting your location. She is never frustrated or stressed or at least never shows it! She is just so warm and welcoming and because of her I drive out of my way to this specific location when my family wants a special treat. I hope that management can do something special for her because she is doing your business a great favor by being a positive influence to not only your customers but probably your staff! I own a business and know how hard it is to retain top notch employees so I want to open your eyes to the gift you have on your staff. She is someone I'd recruit and hire if I ever needed someone to represent my company in the public eye. I will continue to stay faithful to your location on Blue Lakes as long as she is employed with you all! So know that anytime I'm in a pinch for a meal or want a special treat I will ALWAYS choose you over the copious amounts of fast food that Twin Falls has to offer because you have someone like her to great me and make my day a little bit better. Please make sure she knows she is appreciated and it doesn't...
