Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Twin Falls

Very rude gm that purposely attacks my door dashing because I don't follow pizza huts procedures I follow door dashes which no contact is still the normal on as it has been since 2013, it's been established since I'm an independent contractor I don't have too follow a pizza hut delivery drivers exact steps as a rest. Don't get mad at me because I left since an order took to long then you had to increase the tip on the order to get another driver which was coincidentally me again and hand me the order at a slow pace and hand it too me in a rude tone when all I did was deliver the order like you ordered me too with a smile and a thanks and you repay it with attacking my job since you pay way to low to attract first party delivery drivers. Besides that this location has nothing on the other one and sincerely won't be delivering or ordering through this joint again. After ordering i realized I had the wrong number in the app, the delivery driver ddnt find my apartment, so I figured I would just pick it up. After I showed up the manager started laying into me like I was causing a scene, I had to explain that I wasn't mad and I was just picking up my pizza. She apologized and she made it right and gave me a store credit. A week later I decided to use my store credit. While I was waiting for my pizza to cook, a delivery driver showed up and started talking trash about how someone (being me) placed and order and "had the balls to come pick it up himself, why even try to get it delivered." We pulled into the parking lot and 2 employees were sitting outside the front of the store smoking. My husband went inside to order and he stood at the counter for 10 minutes without being helped or greeted. He was completely ignored by the one employee who was working right in front of him. One of the employees who was smoking outside came inside and also ignored him so he left. This is very disappointing as we love Pizza Hut and are sad to see the customer service at such a low.
