Burger King — Restaurant in Twin Falls

We went through the drive thru on 3/16/18 at 3:30pm and had a terrible experience. We were trying to order a chicken sandwich and then four Whoppers but the lady at the window wouldn't allow that because there was a "2 for $6 deal" and didn't want to complete the order as we asked, so we ended up getting an extra Whopper because we just wanted to finish ordering. Perhaps it was a problem with the machinery and a hearing issue but we had to repeat the order several times because she kept getting it incorrect. Once we got to the window and paid, the lady who had talked to us kept rolling her eyes and was incredibly rude throughout the entire interaction. We also ordered drinks. There were two Cokes, one Diet Coke, a water, and a root beer. When we were still ordering she went through the order at the end and said the drinks correctly but once we got to the window she only had one Coke put in for our order and was initially very upset after we told her we were missing a drink. After another eye roll she gave us the last drink. I usually don't expect a sparkling and exciting experience when I approach a drive thru, but this was ridiculous. I have worked in customer service before and know that despite internal feelings about customers, there should always be external politeness. I was appalled by the lack of good customer service and hope this will be rectified...

So I fairly regularly visit this location and I’ve been keeping myself from writing this review for a while but tonight was excessively terrible. The entire night shift needs fired or seriously retrained. I’m not talking 2:30AM on a Sunday. It’s like 10:30 on Friday evening. Small orders with basic menu items shouldn’t be a 30 minute wait in line. There was 1 car in front of us when we got there. They received one bag of food and a drink, nothing crazy. We ordered 1 meal and a drink, also nothing crazy. You can literally watch the employees stand around and look either too high to function or too underpaid to care about any sense of pride in their work. Most of us have worked in fast food in our lifetimes, and I don’t remember ever getting away with half of what I saw. It's tough to review a fast food place because you already have an expectation of what you're getting. I haven't been to Burger King in over 10 years because of another visit, but we went in to try the new Impossible Burger, and it was a good meal. The cashier was very polite.

The not so good? We went in around 3, so the place was empty. All the tables were dirty from what I assume had been the lunch crowd, and they hadn't been wiped down by the time we left. Also, the tray our food came on didn't feel clean either. Nothing horrible, just unpleasantly greasy. Do they get washed? I personally don't know.

So yeah, friendly place, I was able to eat a meat free meal at Burger King, but not the cleanest of places. Going there just for an impossible burger isn't enough to encourage me to return, but I could as establishments like this provide more options for...
