Pick Me Up Drinks — Restaurant in Twin Falls

It's easy to keep a business open when you have no competition but it's getting particularly bad here. I went through the other day and recognized the problem person, I go often. I don’t know her name because she never wears a name tag but she’s bigger and blonde, very large mouth. I think she’s the manager because she’s always there. I know we have bad times and it happens to the best of us but I'm absolutely repulsed by how she's acted recently. The last few times I've gone I've unfortunately gotten her and when I pull up to the window her face is stuck in an angry pug look, more so than it's usual. That is not the face I would want for my company! Her attitude is always awful as well, she has the energy of a high school bully that never left her hometown. I think we all recognize when someone should step away from the counter, sometimes we have to grow up and realize it's time to get a big girl job. I usually love coming here and have a great experience. Today, the girl working was impatient. I asked for a drink and she couldn't find it on the menu. I told her what was in it and she still couldn't find it. Then she couldn't figure out how to put the drink in the computer and had me repeat the drink order several times before she could get it right. Since she couldn't find the combo on the menu, I had to pay almost a dollar more for it. Then when I paid, she couldn't figure out how to swipe my card and kept swiping it with the magnetic strip in the wrong spot. She told me my card didn't work and I asked her to try again, for the 5th time, and to put the strip down. Then the payment went through. I went through the drive-thru on a Sunday to pick up a few cookies as a Birthday surprise. I commented to the employee "thank you for being open on a Sunday so I can get a Birthday treat". I ordered my 3 cookies and the employee came back with a nice box of 4 cookies! She had written a pretty "Happy Birthday" message on the box and included an additional cookie with sprinkles and berry drizzle. This was such an unexpected and special touch.
