I went to this Pizza Hut for their lunch buffet, so around 12 pm on a Wednesday. We only waited a couple minutes to be seated. They were pretty busy and it looked like they only had one person working the buffet area. She was running around trying to restock the buffet items and take care of the customers. She did a really good job and was super friendly about it. Once we were taken to our table we were asked what drink we wanted. Every option was bottled, so even if you just wanted water, you're paying for it. And no free refills here. It was a 20 oz bottle, I believe. Once we ordered our drinks, we headed to the buffet stations. There were only two, maybe 5 feet long, buffet stations. One station was all salad stuff, which was pretty good. The lettuce was shredded iceberg, I believe, and then they had a lot of toppings, like cucumber, hard boiled egg pieces, broccoli, tomato, croutons, etc. The other station was maybe 3 different pizzas, bread/cheese sticks, some kind of pasta with Alfredo sauce, and their cinnamon bread sticks. They would bring out different types of pizza when they had them. It seemed like every time I went up there, there was always at least a cheese or pepperoni pizza. Sometimes it took a couple minutes for them to restock the "specialty" topping pizza, which could be supreme, buffalo chicken, Hawaiian, etc. They would also have thin crust and regular. It was all pretty good. Typical Pizza Hut style food, which I like. I think I ended up paying $12 something without tip. So, kind of expensive in my opinion for a lunch buffet with no free refills. I would definitely eat here again, but due to the cost, it would maybe only be like a once a month, if that, kind of thing. Also, plan you exit accordingly. This Pizza Hut is on a stretch of road that is four lanes, so turning left out of it, going south on 91, can be...
Read moreOrdered a pizza with sausage and pepperoni. Got the pizza with only sausage. Called three times and finally got in touch with a pizza hut call center she connected me to twinsburg and I got hung up on. Called for the 4 time and went straight to twinsburg. Explained to the girl the situation. She said that they could remake it but I would need to pick it up. Informed her that this was for my fellow staff members and we wouldn't be able to since we only get a set amount of time. Asked her to deliver it since they messed up and wouldn't be possible because the order was pickup. After telling them how incompetent they are I asked for a refund or coupon for a different pizza hut since I will never ever use this location again. She put me in contact with her manager Renee. Renee stuck with what her employee had said so i asked for the corporate number. So i called that number and it was some old man that had nothing to do with pizza hut. This store either needs shut down or all new employees. Never again will this store...
Read moreHaven't sat down in a pizza hit in a long time, so I was excited when we came across this location. First thing we noticed is that they have 20 oz pop instead of fountain drinks. This isn't a deal breaker but when I'm sitting down at a restaurant I prefer a fountain drink. Service was great. Gentleman was extremely friendly. We ordered wings, 3 med pizzas and the cinnamon bites. There were no prices on the menu which we thought was weird. I jokingly said they charge you based on your attitude, not the food. The food was brought out rather quickly and it was made perfectly. Very delicious. When he brought us the boxes and receipts, I was shocked at the $72 cost. What? I could not believe that it was that expensive. While I enjoyed my time, I will not be back. The atmosphere does not give the nostalgic feelings that would be worth the price increase. I can get good pizza and wings anywhere. But will not pay 72...
