I ordered a 4 pc stk finger combo and was asked to pull up. We pulled up to the same spot the attendant had prior dropped food off too.
An employee even came out and offered us the wrong order.
I watched with my wife and screaming 1 year old as 5 cars obtained their orders and realized we had been waiting nearly 20 minutes.
I go in and wait so long to be acknowledged at the register that my wife came in with my son to inquire on the wait.
I hear one of the employees mention to the manager and he nonchalantly blames me for my negligence in not pulling up fast enough; his back was turned to me.
They never even made my order.

Read moreThis location is terrible. We have given them our business several times hoping it was just the person working, but it's the entire staff. We use the drive thru and have not received the correct order each time. This last time was for breakfast and we ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit combo and when we got home, there was no egg on the sandwich. How do you forget an egg?
They also never give you napkins in the bag or ketchup and when you get them back to the window they act like it's a chore and you've severely inconvenienced them. Each visit has been like this over the last year.
I hope another drive thru place opens up in Cumberland village. Any competent customer service will definitely impact their business and maybe they'll hire better staff or retrain the...

I didn't want a free blizzard I wanted a banana split when they got some non-rotten bananas in. She was not able to help me with that, hence this rotten review! Not what I expect out of Dairy Queen, especially this one!
