This is the newest Whataburger location in Tyler ... and easily the WORST ONE. After back-to-back bad experiences here in the last couple weeks, I'm done with this place. On a previous visit, I went inside to dine only to find a line of customers and no employee at the front counter. Come to find out, the manager told their employees to stop taking orders and simply ignored us for 10-15 minutes. When we finally got a chance to order, we bought a coffee. On the very next visit, I waited at the drive thru for 15-20 minutes for breakfast despite only one other car being in line. When I did finally get my food, the eggs were super salty. This is a poorly run franchise location with terrible food practices to boot. Go to one of the 50 other locations in Tyler and AVOID this place like the plague. No amount of old lunch boxes can save this...

Not to mention that none of the condiments I asked for were not in the bag and my large fry was only half full. Only go to this location if you want horrible service and young rude entitled kids to treat you like its a privilege to order...
