Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Tyler

walked here from Wal-Mart carrying heavy groceries. entered restaurant only to be greeted by the strongest foul poop smell. how appetizing! apparently a dirty diaper had been changed in the family restroom and it permeated the entire restaurant lobby. i sat in my booth with my bags of groceries waiting for my Lyft ride home. i felt inclined to make a purchase of some kind while i waited for the Lyft. so i ordered 2 chicken finger strips a la carte. the young black girl cashier could not have cared less. being young is no excuse for bad customer service. within a suitable timeframe, i got my chicken strips only to see NO sauce (she couldn't be bothered to mention that it came with NO sauce, so god forbid she offer it) and worse, they were the tiniest pieces. two tiny strips that looked like nuggets....

I don’t do a lot of reviews but i had to do one today. Jeremiah is well deserving of the management position he is in. I called this location thinking it was the other one about missing an item i had orders. No questions he wanted to make it right. When i had went to the store the other managers had no clue what was happening, rightfully so i called the wrong place. He took the initiative to give them a call regarding the issue and got me my food. I don’t know if the two stores talk on a regular basis or not but either way going out of his way to help was amazing. He was beyond helpful and always respectful which is refreshing to see in the service industry right now. Is there a promotion available? this guy...

Food was good but the service at this location was HORRIBLE!!! Went to 2nd lane and was able to order. Proceeded thru 2nd lane to get food and was yelled at to move to 1st lane but was never instructed to do so at drive-thru intercom so I was 3 cars behind in line. Got to pickup window and the drink was too full so when it was handed to me it spilled all over me and the interior if my new car! Was not offered any napkins but had to ask for them to clean up mess. And finally no thank you at the end of the...
