Now listen, I really try not to eat fast food as the caloric intake is not my friend. However, advertising is a mugg. Picture it, Atlanta, 2024. Iām in the gym the last few days and I keep seeing the commercial for the new Fiery Collection. Finally⦠I was unable to ignore my desire to try it out. ššššš
Deciding to grab some BK on my way home, I logged into the app and began to browse the āLimited Time Onlyā collection. After going back and forth over beef vs. chicken, I decided on chicken and ordered the Fiery Bacon Royal Crispy Chicken Sandwich.
With a āSpice Level of 5, this chicken sandwich features a crispy white meat breast filet coated with a Fiery glaze and topped with crispy Fiery-seasoned bacon, pepper jack cheese, juicy tomatoes, crispy lettuce and creamy Fiery sauce ā all on a toasted bun.ā
Also, shout out to Burger King for the Free Fries via the App!!!! š
After placing my order, I headed to the Drove Thru when I got to the location, provided my name and was advised to pull to the second window. Can you say EXCITED! LoL!!!!
At this point, the wait was FOREVER. There were two cars in front of me, however, my wait was about 17 minutes. #Geesh
Upon arriving at the second window, it all made sense. There were only TWO (2) employees inside. One at the window and one cooking. As such, I had to extend grace and be understanding. The young lady at the window was super nice. She greeted me again, confirmed my name, and handed me my order.
When I got the bag it was Hottttttttttt. Oh yeah baby⦠that can only mean ONE thing⦠FRESH FOOD!!!!!
The fries were piping hot and so was the sandwich. Win, Win!

Listen here, whoever designed this sandwich truly understood all it took to curate a good sammich. Yes, I said sammich. Furthermore, whoever was in that store in that kitchen and put this Fiery Masterpiece together TRULY understood the assignment when it came to delivering on the Burger King Goodness.
This sammich was worth ALL 930 Calories and I will for sure have it again before it departs. Matter of fact, I need to try the Fiery Whopper and Fiery Mozzarella Sticks!!! Yeah, Iām going to have to go double time at the gym the next few weeks. LoL.

The food is hot, I guess. I've been to this location many times. It is the closest one to my house. And GOD I wish they would just build another one. This place has undergone a full renovation, added another drive thru lane, and yet is still slow enough that despite a 6 minute drive for me to get there, I can arrive at 8:50PM and not get home until almost 9:50PM. I've basically come to expect it, but last night's experience was the straw that broke the camel's back. I was participating in the Whopper Wednesday promotion on the app, 2 dollars for a 2 patty whopper. After the ~25-30 minutes it took just to reach the voice box, I order that and a chicken jr. Cashier adds two of the whoppers, bringing up my price. I tell her I only wanted one, she responds "but you said two!". At this point I'm expecting to rectify at the window. It took another ~25 minutes to get to the window. By that time I just want to get my food and go home, so I'm ready to pay. The order totaled 5.39, and I intended to split that payment between 4 dollars in cash and a debit card. Cashier doesn't even repeat order, just gives me the charge and stares at me. I hand her the cash and my card, and she takes both. After she hands me back the card, she hands me the food. I don't even bother checking the food, at this point I don't care. I drive back home. An hour later, I check my mobile banking app to see the entire order was charged to my card. She had charged my card... AND took the cash. Tried calling the store, busy line, and the location was supposed to close soon after, and they didn't even put verification of my cash payment on my receipt.
This location is always dreadfully slow. I've gotten a wrong order so many times, even on mobile orders. I have had cashiers get confrontational with me over orders that I have checked and double checked. I have had cashiers get confrontational with me about promotional items. Because it's the closest one, I've still gone and endured because, usually, the food is at least hot and it's not badly made. I have NEVER just had money stolen from me here before. The new coat of paint clearly did not help, and I am BEGGING Burger King to either fix this location or just build another one. I'm bout to start driving 20 minutes out my way to avoid this joint. I've been in contact with corporate because this location's phone line is always busy, night...

I originally ordered #1 with cheese and bacon, no lett, tom, or onion; med fries , med drink; Big Fish sandwich only, no tart add cheese; order of the firey cheese sticks and was told they were out so I asked for reg cheese sticks and was told they were out of both, so I said never mind, total come up to $18.51. We got to the window, the card was swiped 10:00pm, got the 1st order at 10:09, the order was Bacon King, large fries, and whopper jr., I advised the young lady that this was not my order, and she proceeded to say well thatās what you ordered... I again called out my order... #1 add cheese and back with no lett, tom, or onion, med with coke and Big Fish without tart... the cook then sees the order on her screen and advised the order taker that that car must have driven off... It is now 10:15 and we are still going back and forth about my orderā¦. I was then asked by the order taker to pull up and they would bring the order to me. I waited until 10:25 and finally the order comes out⦠however this again is not my order... this order was a Big Fish no tart and a Whopper without cheese. At this point I was over it... I asked for a refund for the #1 meal, gave back the fries and drink, girl said keep then drink... took card and 7 min later came back with refund of $7.96⦠when I advised that I like to speak to the manager because this was incorrect... The manager came over to understand the issue with the order, she did not care that it was their fault that the order was continually wrong. If she had made sure things were in line before taking her smoke break, then maybe I would not be here typing this email. She advised me that I only got $7.96 back because I kept the fries and drink... I advised her that they took the fries back and I was told to keep the drink. She then took my card and went back in and gave me an additional refund of $10.55. I was not advised that it would take 3-5 business days for money to go back to my card. What if this was the only money I had for the day??? When I left this location, it was now 10:28:55pm, keep in mind I arrived at 9:53pm. If this is the service that we are going to get in this community then the staff needs to be retrained because this is...
