WNB Factory - Wings & Burger Union City — Restaurant in Union City

My experience at WnB Wings was okay overall. The restaurant had an inspection score of 88, which already shows there’s room for improvement. Unfortunately, my order was messed up at first — I asked for Swiss cheese, but they added American instead. What really stood out, though, was when an employee picked through my burger with no gloves and attempted to hand me the same one. That is a huge food safety concern. Thankfully, the young lady at the front stepped in, told him that’s not how they do business, and had the order completely remade. I really appreciated her professionalism and quick action.

She also explained that they’re always washing their hands, but in the food industry, proper prepping is just as important. Wearing well-fitted gloves is a must to prevent cross-contamination and foodborne illnesses. The remake of the turkey burger was much better — hot, fresh, and flavorful.

The customer service definitely saved the experience, but WnB Wings needs to tighten up on their food safety practices and consistency. With better standards, they could really provide a stronger dining experience and improve that...

While visiting Fairburn GA for work I decided to give this place a shot based on their great reviews. I ordered the 6 piece combo with Chicken Fried Rice to be delivered. I had special requests, which not a lot of restaurants allow these days and they nailed each of my requests. My only gripe, which is pretty significant, is the size of these wings. They were tiny! I’ve seen lots of reviews raving about the wings. They must have never had actual wings. There was hardly any meat on the bones. The chicken fried rice on the other hand was extremely tasty. Yum Yum sauce was delicious and is a must have with the fried rice. One other thing to note, I typically despise when a place that sells wings use pre-made cupped blue cheese or ranch, as a good wing place should be able to make a good homemade blue cheese, however, the blue cheese here was also very tasty. This would have been 5 stars all day if their wings...

The wings were soooo good. I only give it a 4 because they gave me 5 wings in my 6 piece ): I should have checked them there. I didn’t go back or call because I was like … Will they even believe me lol. Plus it was a 20 min drive. But I was more upset I was missing a wing because the honey lemon pepper were really good and cooked perfectly. Plus it was only a 6 piece and wings are high right now.
