Out of all the cell phone providers you know for the price you can't go wrong with Cricket and the reason is the coverage and the actual mother provider for the company itself which is AT&T I have to say that all these other people out here by Aldi's thousand-dollar phones because of great customer service I wish I didn't have to pay all that and you know what I'm happy with the phone I got and it looks like I paid a lot I think I've been with every phone provider to think of including some that's not even around anymore I have to say the Cricut is the best choice I'm just thinking why they wasn't out when pagers were around. Employees try to help and here she comes with ATTITUDE and disrespect. I’m calling crickets corporate office and notifying them..hopefully they will remove her from this community because we don’t need headaches and hassle from people we spent OUR MONEY with. I'm not a customer but I wanted a case for my phone and once I purchased the 40$ case I went to my car and realized that the case blocked my phone from charging so I IMMEDIATELY went back in the store and the rep said it was a no return on accessories. She told me to look on my receipt and once I told her she didn't give me one she proceeded to print out the receipt, hand it to me and then say the same thing. She claimed she was the manager when I asked to speak to someone over her but then called "Eric" and he said that if I would have paid with cash he might could help but the "system"wouldn't allow my return and to contact Cricket wireless.
