A group of friends and I, along with our partners stayed here over the weekend for a wedding(Arrived Wednesday night). When we walked in the hotel, it looked okay and the man at the desk our very first night was nice. The younger man who also works there was also very nice. But when we entered our room, we were immediately welcomed with the strong smell of cigarette smoke. We had booked a room in the non smoking section so it was quite surprising when the smell of smoke hit us and it didn’t fade which makes me believe that people have consistently smoked in this hotel, despite their “rules”. There were children running up and down the hallways of the hotel and around the property with no parental supervision, people hanging inside the breakfast nook type area for hours on end, sometimes through the night. The elevator was very questionable and went out the day before we left. I’ve never been to a hotel that only gives you two thin sheets and two pillows that can barely constitute as one even when placed on top of each other. Normally you get four pillows, a couple sheets, and a slightly thicker (sometimes fleece) blanket. We were all smart and made the decision to bring our own pillows and blankets just in case. The bathroom was filthy, the bathing towels had brown stains on them (thankfully we brought our own), the windows have absolutely no screen so it makes it unsafe to have children in the room if you want to get an sort of fresh air to relieve the smell of cigarettes, and my partner and friends ended up finding cockroaches at different points in the trip. Cops were on the property numerous times whether it was for people outside, or coming to remove someone from one of the rooms of the hotel. My friend that was in the room with me, had to call the front desk three times on friday night because the people above us were running back and forth from the hours of 11PM-1:30AM. We had to be up at 7AM on saturday in order to get ready for the wedding we had to attend as the bridal party. When check-out time came (Sunday morning), and we told the man working that morning (it was not the same gentleman who checked us in), we were met with laughter at our complaint and he didn’t even apologize for the condition the room was in. I wasn’t expecting a refund nor was I going to ask for one, but to laugh at your customer instead of at least apologizing is incredibly disrespectful. It’s literally the bare minimum.
The only thing this hotel has that is somewhat decent, is its location. It’s close to the interstate which makes it easy to get to atlanta and various other GA cities, there are plenty of late night food options, mini shopping plazas, and gas stations. There is even a 24hr animal hospital right next door. But there is some construction going on with the building next door so you might hear it in the mornings (obviously that is not the hotels fault).
But its location is not enough to make me overlook all of the other problems I witnessed and I hope you choose to stay far away...

My partner and one of my friends already left reviews, but I just want to double down on all the things they said. This hotel was atrocious.
The best things about it were the service (kind of) and the location of the hotel.
Most of the front desk managers were very nice, very accommodating. Whoever was working the morning we left (September 22nd) was very rude and dismissive of the complaints that were made by my friends partner, going as far as to just laugh. No, sorry, or anything.
There were police either on location or nearby every night we stayed. The night we arrived, there was a woman half dressed being escorted off of the property. There was a strong smell of smoke throughout the entire building of cigarettes and/or marijuana. There are no smoking signs everywhere on property, but obviously, this isn't something that is enforced. There were unsupervised kids running around and crying at all hours of the day and night. The elevator felt like it could break down any second.
This was absolutely the worst room I've ever stayed in. If it wasn't a nonrefundable booking through Expedia, we wouldn't have even stayed the night after driving a long 12 hours from PA to get there at 10 pm. There were TONS of roaches in the bathroom. Every time someone went in there, they saw at least one, and at most 6. There was hair in the bathroom and shower before any of us had even stepped into it. There was dirt and crust in all of the corners of the bathroom. The beds were on uncovered metal frames and only had 2 thin top sheets on for "blankets." The pictures of the property are definitely from when it first opened because it looks nothing like it on the inside anymore. It's sad because the outside gets more upkeep than the inside, which is why it looks so misleading from the parking lot. The towels all came pre-stained, even the new ones I asked for from the front desk.
Again, do not waste your money. It wasn't worth mine. Also, we were never given Wi-Fi information. Even our room keys came in just a blank...
Read moreDon't book with this hotel through a third party. You'd probably see the original rate and run for dear life in any other case anyway. I am highly disappointed. My room is filthy. There is hair in the refrigerator, the walls have a sticky film over them, there are footprints in my tub, the soap dish is dirty. Do you know how dirty you have to be to have a dirty SOAP dish! OMG! I see prints of atleast three previous soap bars. Someone attempted to glue the little desk back together rather than actually getting a new one and it's been this way for a while because the glue was once white, now it a tacky, sticky yellow color. Don't be fooled by the beautiful pictures!! This room is so freaking small, if four people where in it we'd fall out from a low oxygen level. There are two lights in my room, only one "works" and I use that word loosley. My room is so dark with the it on, I have to use my cell phone flashlight to pick out my wardrobe. The room is so small, I don't need the light to move around. When you get out of the bed, your face to sheetrock with a wall, use your hand and feel your way to the restroom! I must say the bed was perfectly made though, IF YOU LIKE CHIP CRUMBS SNUGGLY TUCKED IN WITH YOU AT NIGHT!! I booked through hotwire and iiam ashamed for them. Usually you can say, "well you get what you pay for". If that's the case I need change, change from my reservation and three other families reservations also. I got the room on "hot rate" so no refunds. The hotel is also sold out so i cant swith room. I will never do hot rate again, the customer service representative had no remorse for the conditions they booked me for. If I didn't have the additional money( the service fee), I would have lost my entire payment and be stranded in atl, 6 hrs away from home. I will never be a guest at this hotel again or book through hot wire. This is bad business all the way around. I feel like I'm in jail. I'm gonna do my little time and go home...
