Wow. Tried a donut from Hayley's last night and it was DELICIOUS.

My husband came home Yesterday and said he'd seen a donut stall at Grove Street, so bought a donut for me because the 'fancy' ones he picked up in Manhattan the week before had disappointed me so much, haha (they tasted like Krispy Kreme, but cost four times as much) The presentation of the donut from Hayley's was delightful and it tasted so good! The dough had great texture, was moist and tasted sweet without being sickly in any way. The cream on top was utterly delicious and again, was pleasantly sweet without an overpowering, artificial sugary taste. I wish we had an actual brick and mortar version of Hayley's in the neighbourhood, as I now have no idea how to make another purchase because there is no way to order online, though it does say 'online orders coming soon' on...
