Las Tejas Cafe — Restaurant in Union City

I ordered a Cuban sandwich and the lady with long hair(I believe she’s one of the owners)literally touched the bread with her hands and the pork ..it was so disappointing and disgusting to see how she also answered the phone and then went straight back to the sandwich to cut it”again”using her bare hands ..these low key places are not hygienic at all customers beware I’ll tell everyone I know not to go here so many diseases around last thing we need is too see this when...

She did not wear gloves to touch the sandwiches. And touched money. The food looks really good but is not worth the health risk. Please start wearing gloves when handling the food and might consider changing this review. She saw us looking at her and didn’t even think for a second that we were observing if she was going to touch the food with her hands or not . And she did not, so sad this food and money we payed...
