If 0 or NO STARS WAS AN OPTION!!!… There isn’t much of any questions , not request but a COMPLAINT as to the way the “young employees handle” customers and show zero professional customers services skills.
Either they just were never taught with home training manners or respect values or just have been allowed to bring their ways of outside living into a work environment is very downgrading and disappointing.
On Monday of April 1, 2024 at the union city store in Georgia, I experienced the most disrespectful service ever with contacting the store before purchasing pizza according to what I wanted, I was told by the worker over the phone that “we already have pizza hot and ready for pickup”, unknowingly that when I got the pizza the box tended to be hot but it wasn’t until I made to the house 3 mins from purchasing for my family and I plated a few slices for my kids and discovered that that pizza was not hot, fresh nor ready to be served to anyone because it was old and tasted like it had been cooked from yesterdays last shift or when they 1st opened, the dough you could poke it and is slowly bounce back and it was tough to chew or bite into.
But that wasn’t the icing on the cake. I then called the store to inform them of how my order was and the young employee interrupted me to say that that pizza just had came out and I attempted to explain that it wasn’t fresh because we just tried a few slices and she hung up the phone in my face. So I called back a 2nd time, to now request to speak to a manger and was informed that she wasn’t there. So I asked for who is next in charge the young employee said no one so I asked what is your manager’s name, she then hung up the phone in my face a 2nd time.
So I now, politely took the old and cold pizza from my kids and got back in my car and returned in person to ask for a manager again face to face and then, the rudeness began as the 2 young employees at the counter both knew at the point whom they were talking to. And said to me she’s not here. And began laughing in my face as to if something was funny said. So I said to them to go get an adult from the back since they were so childish about this situation.
This really was the most rudest service I have ever experienced in my entire little Caesar service. I can say I WILL NEVER RETURN to that store as long as children are operating it. NO LEAD MANGER is ONSITE!!! Better yet, THE STORE IS OPERATED. Very poor customer service skill set.out of a 1 /10 I rate 0 for counter employees, 0 for no manager/lead onsite during experience and 1 for the adult I informed about my order to attempt to corrected it. No one wore name tags to address.
WHILE There waiting for a manager /and pizza that I paid to have (and heard the young employee say she not getting no pizza, so I don’t know why she still standing there)took this experience to the next level which is why I made this complaint.
I apparently wasn’t the Only customer to have came back because the order/pizza was not up to par or satisfactory. Watched at least 4 more customers comeback in lesser time that me and walk out with a remake or corrected order. But she mouthed off that I wasn’t going to get my pizza made.
Something needs to be done...
Read moreThe self-proclaimed manager (older light-skinned lady) of this place served me an expired pizza. It didn't feel hot through the box, and it didn't taste fresh when I tried to eat some of it. I refused to accept old pizza and returned it.
The same woman grabbed another pizza from the exact-same old batch. I tried that pizza, and it wasn't fresh either. It was in similar condition as the 1st pizza. I called back to the store, and Ms. Manager insisted that I return the 2nd pizza.
I gave her the 2nd pizza. She had the nerve to chastise me for trying to eat some of the pizza. I was hungry. I ate a few pepperoni's off of the pizza and part of a slice, and it suddenly became "half of the pizza" being gone in her mind. That's according to her rude argument. She treated me as-if I had to lie about a dxmn pizza. I never asked for my money back. I didn't want anything for free. I paid my money for a service. I just wanted a fresh quality pizza. When I finally got my fresh pizza, it was after she returned with her poor attitude and dropped it on the counter. It was dry too, because it didn't have enough pizza sauce.
A manager is supposed to be the most responsible and respectful member on the team, and she failed to act out her role properly. I plan to contact corporate about this experience. They had an 86-B health score posted on the wall. I'm pretty confident she's part of the reason why it's not higher. I might send the Fulton County Health Department that way too. This Little Caesars needs a...
Read moreThis restaurant I has horrible customer service the young lady at the front with the micro braids is extremely rude. I came into this store wanting to order some puffs for my kids lunch I was rudely told we don’t take orders for puffs until 4 PM as I call my wife I noticed people are picking up the same thing I was told I could not order. My wife placed an order online. I walked back in the store and asked the young lady for her name. She didn’t says I’m not giving you my name because IMy wife placed an order online. I walked back in the store and asked the young lady for her name. She didn’t says I’m not giving you my name because I don’t have to I asked her for her managers name and she said I am not giving you that either I then ask for the corporate number. She told me to look it up. If you make a sign saying hot and ready 4 to 8 I understand there will be a wait for my order since it’s only 1 o’clock. That is not an issue instead of telling your customers they can’t order what’s on the menu. Try it this way. We’re not accepting orders in the store how you can place one online. I still don’t understand why that is a thing As a manager myself, I know that I bonus based on sales this has Be affecting the sales at this store this young lady needs to be fired. I will be contacting corporate on Monday and would like a response from the manager...
