Mountain Mike's Pizza — Restaurant in Union City

Racism from another person of color. While picking up the lunch special today there was a customer (white male) in front of me today. The employee behind the counter (older Chinese Woman) decided she did not want to help me, and called another employee (Jason) to take my order. Jason has always been pleasant when I go in for the lunch special, which is about once a week. I did not see a problem till after Jason assisted with my order and I paid. She (the Chinese woman)stood behind him (jason) while he took care of my order. When I walked away, she made a point to take the customer(white or Latino male) behind me. I find this frustrating. Being part of a multicultural family, I was very upset. I'm black and my wife is Filipino. My brother is black and his wife is Chinese. The racism needs to stop. I will no longer purchase my lunch from Mountain Mike's in Union...

Was promised a free pizza with a good review. Wrote a very nice, thoughtful review. Free pizza was not given. Years later, had HORRIFIC SERVICE with a manager of 12 years telling me over and over again that an overcharge was what they had always done. But for dozens of times I went there, that wasn't the case. She was smirking and giggling the more upset I got, she enjoyed it. Upon this, I insisted on the free pizza. Worst Mountain Mikes in the bay area. I aas working a double shift at the retail store i work at and wasnt getting a lunch so i decided to order to a pizza at 520pm. I ordered a medium pizza for delivery and it took two hours to arrive. I am less than a mile up the road. When the pizza finally arrived it was cold. I called and spoke to the manager to let her know what had happened and how i had not eaten all day to see if they can send me another pizza that wasn't cold and she told me it would take two hours to arrive even though i alread had been waiting two hours for the cold one. I love their pizza but if this is how their service will be then id be better off ordering dominos for half the price. Goodbye...
