Pump It Up Union City Kids Birthdays and More — Attraction in Union City

Overall the place is ok for kids to run and play. jumpers are worn out and equipments like cash withdrawal machine doesn’t work as expected. There is no sense of ownership, every worker keeps blaming other workers but not interested in serving what the customer needs.

We approached for a kid birthday party and specifically asked for setting up some birthday decor and food ( pizzas and bread sticks which are provided by pump it up itself). The booked time slot is 2 hours on Sunday at 3:50PM. At the time of booking supervisor promised us for a place where we can set up the decor if we come early and move it to the party room when it is time. They didn’t keep the promise. On the day of occasion, we arrived 20 min early hoping that we could do the decor in some common area. The supervisor said the party will be allocated 4:30 and coordinator will help in decorating the banner, so we don’t need to worry about doing the decor all ourself. We got the party room by 15 min late and the coordinator didn’t help in setting up which resulted in 15 delay for our party to get going. For vegetarian we ordered 3 panner pizzas and 4 orders of cheese bread sticks. The complete order of bread sticks was missing and they blame on their provider but don’t own the responsibility, not offer anything replacement. I had to apologize for vegetarians for less food. The so called on call manager “Mercedes M” never apologized. When I asked for real manager to talk to, She blatantly threatens saying pay your bill or she is going to call cops on me ! Geez ! I didn’t want to make a scene during daughter’s birthday. I hope owner gets to read this review at the least. Not going to book another party again. Lesson learnt in a hard way....

Had my grandson 1 bday here . It was a train wreck. From the beginning till end . The jumpers were not inflated all the way the game with nerf ball dud nit work . The party in the bday room was ran by a gurl who stood in the corner with the look she hated her job with her arms crossed . She never once introduced herself or ran the party what so ever . I dud more than she did . I was so embarrassed in front of my friends and family I went out to complain to the manager on duty who was talking to the girl who was suppose to be in our room helping , she acted like she could care less . This is clearly ran but young kids that have not been trained in customer service . So I asked for managers number Gaby I sent her two emails and never a response, I also called thee Monday after the party and spoke to a manager who said she was covering gaby due to a emergency and that she’s recording my phone call and was talking notes to have her call me back . It has now been over two weeks and have not received a email or phone call . This party was over $400 and it was a waste of money . 20 years ago when I had my daughter party there it was the Best . I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THUS PLACE AS ITS NOT WHAT THEIR...
