Tutti Frutti Juice Bar — Restaurant in Union City

Update: The owner Karina, responded to my review and is not being honest. I never called asking for “two free coffees”, I simply requested if I could have a refund for the two coffees which she didn’t include with my order and I PAID FOR THEM. I work in Manhattan and I did not have time to go back to Tutti Frutti to claim the two coffees I purchased until today, Saturday… my day off. So not only is Karina rude, she’s a liar and a thief because I paid for the coffees and I said I would show her my bank charge as proof for the 3 sandwiches and 2 coffees that I paid for, but she hung up the phone on me.

Karina, a simple “stop by and show proof that you paid for the coffees, I will gladly reimburse you or give you the two coffees”, this is good customer service. You’re damn right I am definitely not giving you my business ever again Karina.

To everyone else, just know not to spect to be handled in a professional and respectful manner from this business, specially since the owner herself is neither.

She argued and hung up the phone on me instead of doing the right thing, to reimburse me for 2 coffees I had paid for which they didn't give me with my order. I didn't realize it until I had arrived home that I was missing the two coffees and I couldn't go back to the store as I had to go to work. When I called she argued that I should've returned the same day. I work in Manhattan and get back late. I am not close to the store either. So I'm off today and was able to go back and seek reimbursement but owner claimed it was too late to reimburse me. My first time at Tutti Frutti and they didn't make it right with this customer, This business does not deserve my business. My advice is to check your order before...

Ok so to start off the staff is friendly, very welcoming. I ordered a green juice which came out very good, great balance of ginger some places put to much ginger, their balance is perfect. I also ordered their turkey and swiss sandwich, also a grand slam. What got me is the quality of their bread!! The bread they use is so good. It’s not like your regular bodega bread/ french bread. It’s this fresh artisan bread! I definitely want to go back and try their açaí bowls. Overall this spot is just awesome. Great addition to the neighborhood, I wish them nothing...

OH MY GOD!!! Absolutely AMAZING!!! I was searched through Google for a healthy breakfast spot and saw there pictures online. It’s even better in person, I will be coming here daily because the quality of the food is that great. They don’t just serve juices smoothies and açai bowls, but they also serve lunch sandwiches, breakfast omelettes breakfast quesadillas and all type of amazing breakfast delicacies!!! Everything tasted so amazing. I ordered so much and I’m so happy I found out about this place. Thank you everyone...
