I'm surprised and happy this bakery exists!!! This place is right between Auntie Anns & Time warp Games.

The man at the counter was super nice and patient and answered all my questions about what was in the layered cake that I bought. He even showed me the packaging with the ingredient list on one of the mixes they use so I could see what types of sugar subs they use. He also threw in a free cookie which I ate before it took a photo 👀

I wasn't a huge fan of the cookie because it had a big cooling effect. But! Man, I've never had an almond flour baked good that was toasted on the outside but didn't taste bitter. Almond flour is so sensitive, but their cookie was baked perfectly!

But that cake tho. That cake is were it's at for real. Didn't have too much artificial sweeteners. Had a more fatty icing - which I love. I wish I could smash 2 more. And the cake is like a cake crumble. If you need to be sugar free I would recommend trying this place out. It is so nice being able to go to the mall with friends and enjoy a dessert with them... I never thought that could happen.

My only criticism! I might have not seen this but it would be nice to have posted what types of sugar replacements are in the items. Some people don't work well with all sweeteners substitutes. Having the carb count for each item would also be nice for people following a...

Thirty plus dollars gets you six macaroons and two ounces of cupcake in a jar.

I’m dissatisfied/disappointed with the quality and price of the products sold at the eastgate mall location. I stepped up to the counter today (12/29/2024) and ordered with my son. The individual behind the counter was nice but the way they described the price point was confusing. Six macaroons the size of a gold dollar were not worth what I paid. I chose the cupcake jar in the column of windows that also had a small sticky note that said “Vegan and Gluten-Free”.

I took one bite and immediately had to ask if the cake was Gluten-Free and was immediately informed: “No they are not gluten free.”

The individual behind the counter tried to offer me a replacement but after getting exposed to my allergy(celiac) I had to leave to take care of it and tell my family we had to immediately go home to take care of it. We knew this place was setting up few weeks prior and just the other day we went to the mall for some stuff and we finally noticed them open. What caught my eye 1st was the little boy at the counter offering my 2 year old a sticker and then getting into details with what they have and a business card. Give that lil man a raise haha 😄. 2ndly I love going around writing reviews about food and goodie places. I was pretty sad when the cookie store moved out but honestly idc anymore. Their place has the equivalent that's way fancier and tastes amazing. We had bought the double cherry and wedding cake flavors and a stuffed icing cookie. True to the flavors and easy to eat with the spoons they provide to eat out of the container right then and there. Perfect for families who have Littles.
