If you are disabled, in any way, I'm not entirely sure id recommend this location. Otherwise, if you're totally able bodied, it's fine. I still wish I had stayed in a Marriott, they ALWAYS treat me well.
On Thursday I had surgery on my ACL and I booked this hotel with lots of conversations with the hotel over the fact I'd have limited mobility and that this hotel was 7 mins away from the surgery center. Initial contact was great. The house keeper brought me a thousands of pillows, "cherry sherry" was nice. The breakfast lady was nice. Overall, the stay was nice.
My issue and reduction of stars come from our leaving/check out.
It was raining and their maintenance man had parked under the awning. This awning can accommodate at least two cars but not with Mr. Maintenance man taking up the whole space. My leg cannot get wet as it's too soon after surgery. If he had been considerate, this wouldn't have been a struggle or many struggles.
Then they had mopped the ENTIRE lobby. In the time my husband had gone down to grab a luggage dolly thing, came up, grabbed our already pre gathered items and us go back down. Maybe 10 minutes -maybe.
While attempting to step out of the elevator my crutch slid, my surgery leg slid, I could no longer move, I injured my leg. No one was at the front desk for us to grab a towel so I could hobble the rest of the way out of the way, my wheelchair is soaked cause that jerk took the awning. Then the maintenance man showed up and He had the AUDACITY to tell me I needed to either pick moving out of the way or stepping back into the elevator. I don't know what part of I slid and rehurt myself and couldn't move this man didn't understand but fk him. It wasn't like I was quiet about it. My husband couldn't move me either, we had a whole conversation about it.
Now I don't know if this maintenance man was the same who parked his truck underneath the middle of the awning or if he was a different guy but it's was two hurdles that 1. Caused me pain and 2. Made my checkout unnecessarily difficult.
So to the house keepers and food lady with grey hair, thank you for being kind.
To the maintenance guy with the truck and in a rush to use the elevator, I wish you nothing but ill will....

Cassandra called me later on check-out day to help me with this issue with my billing. She was very helpful and resolved the problem. I didn’t really enjoy and wasting time on calling or emailing back and forth, but I’m glad she was able to help me. Full marks to her.

The hotel accommodations were satisfactory, but the front desk staff lacked experience and provided inadequate assistance. I had made an advance payment on January 20th and checked in on January 27th. Despite this, I was charged the same amount again. When I checked out on January 31st, I was charged once more. This situation is unacceptable and constitutes a clear breach of service. The front desk staff repeatedly assured me that the manager would rectify the issue, but the manager never bothered to respond to my inquiries. This lack of professionalism and prompt attention to my concerns is deeply concerning. On the day of check-in, I directly contacted Hilton and they opened a case number (230342504) to address the problem. They even provided me with a receipt indicating that the payment had been made. However, despite my efforts, no resolution has been achieved. I have been charged three times, which is an excessive amount. I am a valued gold member and have never encountered such a service issue in my previous stays. Therefore, I strongly advise against booking accommodations at this...
Read moreI had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Home2 Suites in Eastgate, Cincinnati, twice in late 2024, each time for over a week, and both experiences were fantastic!
The rooms are spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with all the amenities you could ask for during a longer stay. I especially appreciated the full-size fridge, microwave, and the work area with office chair. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after long days.
The staff at the hotel is exceptional—always friendly, attentive, and eager to make sure my stay was as enjoyable as possible. They were quick to respond to any requests, and their warm, professional service truly stood out.
Breakfast was another highlight. The variety of options, from hot items like eggs and waffles to healthier choices like oatmeal and fruit, made it easy to start each day off right.
The hotel’s gym was a great perk, offering a solid selection of equipment for a good workout, even while traveling. I also took advantage of the laundry facilities, which were clean, easy to use, and convenient for longer stays.
Overall, I highly recommend the Hilton Home2 Suites in Eastgate, Cincinnati. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm...
