I love this place I ate here sense I was a little kid, the extra chicken teriyaki with white rice no vegetables and sometimes shrimp. great food the people are great but they also make food in front of you I wouldn’t say that is the process how they make the food, but it shows how long it will be Or How much time it will be finished It’s cool looking at They make the food right. They also ask if you want sauce ask for 2 dips not too much cover the rice just enough. Man wearing red Bearcat's ball cap, claimed to be the manager, was VERY unprofessional. He charged extra for food that was not included in the order (mushrooms) and when asked to correct the order he became confrontational and he threw the money. He was very distracted by the female worker in the neighboring restaurant, Great Steak. Then, a staff member would step on top of the counter (shoes on food surface) to cross over into the mall for break, where he would be on his phone in uniform. I have to say, this restaurant used to be my favorite. I don’t know if they’ve changed management over the past year or what but every time I’ve had it, just horrific. From the food to the drink it was seriously disgusting I couldn’t even eat it. Which shocks the hell out of me! This was my go to! They definitely changed their teriyaki sauce and it is disgusting and I’m not a picky person. The rice was old, the chicken was old. The restaurant is in poor condition also, it was very filthy, unsanitary. Safe to say I will never waste my money...
