Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Union Township

I have ordered pizza from here to go or for pickup numerous times. I have never had a problem with the food yet. The pizza always looks good! I've gotten pizza at other huts in the area and they're greasy/gross...like cheap pizza. That is not the case here. We have ordered pizza, breadsticks, cheesesticks, the pasta boxes, family boxes, wings etc. Its always been good. Typically we order online and pick up. During covid at wintertime it was a bit of a pain. Had to wait outside when there were a lot of customers cuz the inside is so small but typically things are ready when they say they are and you are in/out. I've also done curbside and it went great too. Covid restrictions have lifted now so I haven't had to wait outside since. Staff is always friendly too! Update: this is still a great location! The staff is always super friendly and amazing. Its so hard to find good staff with true customer service capabilities but this location definitely displays it!! My only wish is that pizza hut had some options for people that eat low car and very low sugar. It's ok though. We get it. Pizza is pizza. My kids still eat here...

They let online delivery orders go through knowing they don’t have a driver to deliver it they call you don’t leave a message and when you call to find out why you don’t have your food you are told well we didn’t have a driver at the time so we just didn’t make it at this point they still had not refunded my money back into my account and honestly don’t think they would have of I didn’t call to find out what happened then you get hung up cause it’s your fault they didn’t have a driver and you missed the call and they didn’t even leave a message or anything then they hang up on you even the so called manager did that very poor management the owner or owners really need to pay more attention on training your manager on how to handle honesty a very mad customer just poor service I’m leaving this review knowing the owner really doesn’t care but feel like everyone needs to know so it doesn’t...

Got our pizza and it had been dropped on its side and all smashed in half. Called the store and she pulled up the order and immediately offered to make another one and get it out to us ASAP. Since I’m the one to lazy to leave my house for food I can’t be too mad about waiting a little longer to have it replaced. Overall I’m still very satisfied with the customer service and will keep ordering from them.

Update* got our replacement in 15 minutes they took a picture of the smashed one and said we could keep it and salvage the good slices. They apologized and showed us the new pizza and I have to say it tastes like I dreamed it would. Overall very happy with my experience and changed it to 5 stars for...
