I asked to open the box to smell it and was first told I could then a nasty cashier named Rose told the associate helping me I could not open it. She acted at first like she was in charge but apparently was not. I purchased something else and asked for the manager. I had to ask multiple times who the store manager was and finally nasty Rose told me the manager was off but said in a rude fashion the store manager would just tell the same thing.
