Not sure where to begin. Incredibly disappointing. Trying something new and was looking to have food delivered. Husband and I called 6:20 and was told no more deliveries. First time so we wanted to know is what is the āsauceā, apparently tomato and onion. Since I dislike onions I asked could we have chicken in garlic sauce. Stephanie responded yeah sure. So my husband chose beans and french fries for his sides. Then we went to mine and I ordered steak with eggs and also asked for garlic sauce. My sides were vegetables and baked potato. Then I ordered a chorizo appetizer. She said come in 30 minutes. I walked in exactly at 6:50.
Unfortunately when I got home and opened the lids there is tomato and onion sauce over everything, no beans and very noticeable that one egg yolk was hard boiled. I Immediately called and asked for Stephanie. The only complaints I was able to express was that there was onion and tomato sauce over everything and NOT garlic sauce and no beans. Instead of her apologizing or offering options, she just said no thatās not what you ordered and you didnāt order beans. So with that horrible customer service I decided to just end the call and I told her that I would just be leaving my thoughts reflected in a online review then.
So we began to have dinner. Unfortunately it only got worse from there. I guess they made the food right away but because she told me to come in at 30 minutes now everything was cold. On my dinner the broccoli and other vegetables were mostly chewy stems, the steak is what I would consider garbage or junk steak, one yolk was OK and the other was hard boiled and everything was covered with tomato and onion, which I already mentioned I dislike onions. The only thing that was OK was the chorizo, but how can you mess that up.
Certainly not worth $38 for a takeout that I have a pick up. Unfortunately I also...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI stumbled upon this hidden gem thanks to a client's recommendation, and I'm so glad I did! From the warm welcome by the friendly staff to the cozy, spacious atmosphere, I knew we were in for a treat. My dining companion and I indulged in a feast fit for kings - ceviche, rice, steak, patachones, coffee, chicharone, and more! As a huge fan of Latino cuisine, I was in heaven.
The staff were sweet and attentive, and we even got to bring our own wine to complement the meal. The bill came out to around $90, but we took plenty of leftovers home, making it a fantastic value. Despite some mixed reviews, my experience was top-notch. I'm already counting down the days until our next visit! If you're a fan of authentic Latino flavors, add this spot to your must-try list - you won't be...
